W. N.Let's get this straight: For many years I've been visiting the Waikanae Health Centre and every time it's been an excellent experience in every aspect! I'm overseas often, back in Europe where we came from, using medical support there too, hence I can compare and the Waikanae Health Centre is just perfect in how they deal with patients and their competence levels! So a big 'Thank you' for providing us with fine health care!
S. R.FANTASTIC! CARING QUICK EFFICIENT PROFESSIONAL!!! Turned up at opening time, no appointment, not my regular doc & was seen within 10mins. Had verry helpful staff wheelchair me inside & from xray to chemist opposite each side of the building. Brilliant from reception to nurses to doctors. Knowledgeable with meds Im allergic to, Helpful with brace to crutches. Verry understanding of accidents dont always happen to fall on paydays. Only 2 wait times were my own choice; to wait til xray next door opened, rather than drive next town over & try hop more & also to have extra pain relief & wait another 20mins (that they kept to by my watch) before attempting the ankle brace. Good cost for a working solo mum. After hours verry good advice on swelling & apmt next day. Again I say CARING QUICK EFFICIENT PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
