Just had a Yumi lash lift with Melissa and she was absolutely incredible. Right from the start, she made sure I felt looked after and kept me in the loop with what she was doing. Really appreciated the time she took to explain how the different steps worked. Lashes look fantastic, and my eyes weren’t nearly as irritated as they’ve been during previous lash lifts. Excited to go back again, thank you Skintopia. :)

Always a pleasure getting a treatment done at Skintopia! The beauty therapists are always super welcoming and every time I get my lashes done, I always get a bunch of compliments. A big shoutout to Rachel for doing my lash lift and being a laugh during my appointment!

I've been to Skintopia a few times now and always had a great experience. The salon is lovely and staff are very friendly. Melissa is very knowledgeable and I'm excited to be starting my skin journey! I have already recommended to a few friends!

Absolutely love the service at Skintopia. Friendly staff who pay attention to details. I am happy to be scheduled with any of their staff as they are all really skilled at what they do and extremely consistent. I also love that there are plenty of appointment times and often I can book in the same day. All round 10/10 recommendation.

Why did I wait so long to come to Skintopia? I LOVED it and Rachel has put me on a path to skin success - which I've been waiting for forever! The salon is beautiful and the treatments divine! I can't wait to get started on my regime.

Kirstie does an an awesome sports massage, it's the real deal not just a rub-down. It will hurt but well worth it after a hard activity has left you a bit sore. Not perhaps what you associate with skin care, but really first class.

I had my third facial at Skintopia last week. Soo lovely to feel my skin soaking up all that hydration and goodness - and to still be feeling the benefits days later. As well as the quality products used the staff are so warm and welcoming along with their expertise.

LOVE the staff, ADORE the results, I got a eyelash perm - great arm massage while I waited, skin pro 30, skin pro 60 before, now looking forward to try the pen🙂❤️

I always love my experience at Skintopia. India, my beautician is extremely knowledgeable and specialises and communicates the treatment to fit my skin needs. At the end of the treatments we discuss my current skincare routine and she will introduce a new product in-depth so I can understand the benefits and fit it into my daily routine. I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing and am already looking forward to my next appointment!

Ladies were really nice and end result looked good. Only thing is wax felt a little too hot and I realised afterwards it broke my skin a tiny bit - now has scabbed over.

India was amazing! She listened to all my needs and went in-depth into the ingredient list of my current skincare routine so I could understand it more! Had the most amazing facial it was so relaxing but with incredible results! I was so happy I rebooked me and my best friend for another facial & I can’t wait to go back! 10/10 recommended

I had an awesome experience with Kirstie in Wellington. She thoroughly analyzed my skin and sought treatment by trying to get to the core of the issue rather than only addressing the symptoms. I really enjoyed this holistic approach and left feeling much more optimistic/confident than when I walked in.

The ladies at Skintopia are warm, welcoming and just outstanding. Catherine is absolutely amazing and an expert at what she does. It’s one of my favourite days when I get to come here and relax! I always leave with beautiful brows, a pampered face and warm fuzzies! Thanks ladies!

This salon is lovely. It is always scrupulously clean. The services I have had (facials, lash lift and massage) are all expertly delivered. The best thing is the friendly, non-judgy atmosphere - the staff are all really nice.

I just had a great appointment with Rachel this morning. She was very knowledgeable, and the treatment was absolutely amazing! I love that Skintopia tailors treatments, and I can't wait to see continued results.

I have been with Skintopia Old Bank for about year. I see Kirstie every 6 weeks, who is very carrying and does a great job. I am also overall very happy with the service of the team, so I have recommended Skintopia to my friends and colleagues.

Visited there for the first time recently. Hadn’t received treatments like these before so I was initially unsure. The therapist ( Whitney) was excellent , gave me perfect advice and specialised treatment I’d been unable to get anywhere else, and she was very easy to get along with. Left satisfied with glowing skin, will definitely return.

I love the care I receive from the team here and appreciate how they tailor treatments to suit my needs. They use dermalogica products which are fab for sensitive skin. I always leave feeling relaxed and fresh!

I experienced my first ever facial. I went with the Pro skin 60. In a relaxing atmosphere, with a well soothing facial massage. I recieved amazing service with recommendation on products that would be beneficial for my skin type. Not pushy about buying products either which is a bonus. I left with my skin feeling brand new. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back in future

I booked my boyfriend in for a facial before his graduation and his skin was so looked after! He gets bad eczema around his eyes and has very sensitive skin and he came out glowing! Can’t wait to come back here

Outstanding. I booked an appointment last-minute for eyebrow shaping, for two of us. It was a great experience from the moment we walked in - peaceful, kind and really competent (and they gave us a sweet treat too). Like a miniature holiday. I'll be back!

Everything about Spa Express is amazing. The location, downstairs in the Old Bank Arcade is convenient and it's beautifully decorated. Kirstie and the girls are all lovely. Highly recommend!
