I was apprehensive about going , but was soon relaxed and enjoyed having my feet pampered. I asked a lot of questions and found out a lot about foot care. My feet now feel very much better . Well worth the $69.

Daniel Kang is so friendly & easy to talk to. He doesn't judge or talk down to you. He is the nicest guy ever. I hope he stays at the Whakatane clinic.

The customer service over the phone has been excellent. We have visited both Jimmy and Matt. I cannot fault either who have dealt with my son at his level. Matt was thorough and answered questions asked. The one thing I have found great is the follow up after appointment as there were several questions that needed to be answered and I received a call later that day clearing them up. The inserts were quickly made over the weekend and my son had them put in his shoes yesterday. Good stuff

A week ago I had nail surgery for an ingrown toenail. Being pregnant, I was concerned about having to have surgery. Iris did her best to trim the nail over a number of weeks to avoid surgery, however the problem was too deep, so surgery couldn’t be avoided. However, I continually received high quality care and the results have been excellent so far. I would highly recommend Iris to anyone with toenail issues.
