B.A 10min appointment to discuss a single issue can cost you $50 or more if you don't have a community services card. Wait times can also be excessive. Would be nice to get a txt if appointment times are behind by half an hour or more. Seating in the waiting room is also horribly uncomfortable... Only upside is my GP, who actually listens to what I'm saying
