The new space is beautiful and the rooms are a great size! My entire experience was wonderful from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough!

I was gifted a voucher for a facial and massage and was quite nervous about the whole thing (as I've never been here before) including booking so I booked online and then unfortunately was rescheduled due to covid but Judy who called me to reschedule was so kind and made me feel so comfortable.
Today I had my appointment and it honestly was amazing, I was so comfortable and relaxed I felt to be "made at home" plus the results I had to book another of the exact same treatment for 4 weeks time.
I'm glad my bestie gave me this voucher otherwise I would of never experienced such a great service, somuch so where I had to book a follow up on the spot
J.Best enzyme facial I’ve had! The fabulous Courtney at Chrysalis Whangaparaoa customised my facial and when I got home I realised my skin actually looked as good as it felt after the Enzyme! After visiting Chrysalis I always feel better; the care and professionalism taken by all the staff really ensures a quality experience. I highly recommend trying an enzyme out at chrysalis; it literally changes your skin for the better!

E. J.Chrysalis in Whangaparoa is basically my second home. I have been a regular client for over a year now and all the girls are just so warm, welcoming and lovely. They really do care about helping others, and always have the best advice. I am so incredibly thankful to my therapist Gemma, she has been there from day one and has been on my skin journey with me every step of the way. I am so thankful to not only her but all the girls, always looking after me, and everyone who sets foot in-store. Even when my skin heals, i will still continue to go there and show my support as they have done for me :) Best beauty salon on the coast hands down!!!
