L. A.I think a lot of the negative reviews on the staff at this practice is very unfair. Dealing with the public is very taxing and the receptionists show a very good and kind attitude to the patients but sometimes this is not returned by grumpy people. The doctors are pleasant and do their best to help solve patients problems. If all the complaining patients are so dissatisfied then why don't they find another practice to put up with their woes and moans.
N. Y.Every doctor or nurse I have seen here has been kind and professional. They are really a lovely group of people. The new building is open and comfortable also, and pleasant to wait in. I love the drawer of toys for kids - great attention to detail and real effort by all staff to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
