S.Stronger, flexible and great posture. Don't have to worry when I sneeze either. She keeps the sessions interesting and variable so I'm actually into my eighth year of Pilates with Karen and loving it.
T.I'm really enjoying these pilates classes, been doing pilates off and on for about 5 years, have only tried the 'pilates - all levels' class and it provides a good range.
