I just finished a class at M3 Clinic,HOT YOGA is brilliant!!! I feel amazing... No kidding, I feel calm, supercharged-sharp, totally relaxed, in my body and ready to sprint to the finish line of my day. Get into it "I think my skin is all sparkly like a Twilight Star". YES building my body core!!!

Highly recommended. Brent explained everything thoroughly about my injury, exercises to do etc (was the fourth physio I had seen) he was the only one to get results.

Brent and the team are awesome always happy to fit me in when needed and the shop looks grea,t so clean and very professional looking. The online booking is very helpful also.
