V.Amazing people! There is a free BP apparatus that you can use if you need to. It’s a walk in clinic but take less time than you are at your GP. Smiling staff, competent doctors- what else you need
M.I was seen after hours by Dr Joan MacEachen. I had a fish hook stuck in my finger. So deep it was not easily removed. After 3 shots of pain bock Joan carefully removed it without me needing stitches. She was absolutely lovely and i would be happy to have her as my regular doctor.
M.I arrived with my little boy grey and all but unresponsive and having difficult breathing, and with professional care and a quick hookup on the nebuliser, walked out with a talking boy .. so, very, very happy and much thanks to the Mercury Bay medical team for your attentive care

J.On my way home yesterday I felt that I had just been attended to by the most professional, inteligent, knowledgeable, genuinely caring and concerned team (Vanessa and Dr Nicolas Ridet) that one could ever hope for. I still don't feel like I am out of the woods just yet but It is Incredibly reassuring to know that I have you guys looking after me. Whitianga is very lucky to have both of you.
S.As a casual out of town patient on holiday who had to go to dr on 27th december after previously prescribed medication did not work I cannot fault this medical centre service at all. Yes it was expensive but I was an out of towner and it was the xmas break so to be expected and there was an hr and 1/2 wait but it was well worth it! They were thorough and followed up with a call to see how i was a day later. Sent an amended prescription to the pharmacy where I was holidaying. Absolutely fantastic follow up service.
T.Been here a lot of times and their receptionist Yvonne chooses to be difficult for no reason. The only reason I am rating them highly is coz of Helen at the reception who will always go the extra mile to make things happen for you and the wonderful doctors they have. Stay clear of Yvonne though, as she is clearly not made for this job and will make your life difficult at all times. She lacks the basic etiquettes of a hospital receptionist. Utterly disappointed!
1.Excellent emergency treatent for my wife who had a bad laceration on her lower leg.All staff, nurses and doctors were very friendly, efficient and most proficient. 21 beautiful stiches later and she is on the improve! Many thanks.
m.Amazing care, great time management, and thoughtful staff. I was very lucky to have the care of 2 of their Doctors and 3 or 4 Nurses over 3 days.
