Auckland Quarantine were amazing to deal with. My cat stayed for 10 days quarantine on arrival from the UK, I really loved seeing daily photo updates on their facebook page and could see how well he was being taken care of! They were very responsive to my emails and the ladies I spoke to on the phone were friendly and professional. They also sorted his onwards flight to us in Nelson and made the process so easy! Definitely a 5* review and highly recommend.

I used this quarantine facility when my dog and I traveled from America to New Zealand. The facility is expensive, but they are professional. The downside is they do not allow you to visit your dog. The explanation is that it is due to canine influenza, but it does not really make sense because that pathogen cannot pass from human to dog. The staff is helpful and accommodating your request and meal plans for pets. They provide updated photos of how the animals are doing on Facebook, but sometimes they skip a day or two.

Young friendly professional staff greeted us warmly. Auckland quarantine provided the best care for our cats on their transition to New Zealand

She is a very fearful cat, but she arrived home super relaxed after her stay in Auckland Quarantine. The communication was great, easy and fast all the time. Having her with me today wouldn't be possible without you guys. Thank you very much!

Really impressed! Highly recommended! So helpful and professional, right from the start of the immigration process until the day My fur babies joined me in Christchurch! I was really stressed with the move for my cats from South Africa, but from the moment they arrived safely at the quarantine I was put at ease. The photo and email updates were great! Wonderful people who work hard to ensure that the pets in their care are healthy and happy (at least as happy as they can be, considering the circumstances). The daily photos really helped us cope with the separation. Thanks for taking care of our little guy!

Very friendly to us. Kind to our dog. Communicated well with us during the process. Honest and fair business practices. We had date issue that could have been a major issue that they exceeded expectations in resolving. Really couldn't ask for any more from them.

We were very nervous about Blade and Sabre’s time in quarantine as they had never spent more than a few hours without their humans before. Auckland Quarantine were amazing. We got regular and updates and the pups seemed to have enjoyed their stay so much, they weren’t even that thrilled to see us. Thank you so much to the team for taking such good care of our precious babies.

Wow! We were so anxious bringing our 5 dogs from South Africa to NZ. But, upon their arrival at Auckland Quarantine and they way all the staff dealt with us and our precious mutts, we were put at ease. Updates daily and photos sent. The staff are definitely made for that job! 10 out of 10!

An excellent Quarantine for my fur baby! Mynx moved to NZ with me from England, I was very apprehensive about quarantine, but it tuned out that she was in the best hands! it was more like a doggy hotel! I received daily updates and updates as requested. the team put my mind at ease and Mynx was a very happy, waggy tailed dog when i collected her. Thank you Auckland Quarantine!

Wow! What an experience!! This has been one of the most challenging experiences we have ever faced! But without the help and support of Auckland quarantine, none of this would’ve been possible. Clare, David & the team have been nothing but amazing during Jojos time in quarantine. We had a few hiccups during this whole process but these guys have never fallen short of being amazing with our family and taking care of Jojo. Even with everything happening at the moment(Covid-19) these guys still did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone who is looking at bringing their pets into NZ. My only advice to those people, is to make sure you follow all the required guidelines and to ask Auckland Quarantine for help and they will guide you through the entire process! Thank you Auckland Quarantine! We are finally back in Wellington! God bless

Fabulous staff! Took such great care of my furbaby and when I picked him up they were all so invested in the care of the animals, it was so nice to see :) Would definitely use again!
