Firstly a thank you to Fiona & Vince of K9 FUNdamentals who provided us with the opportunity to experience the inside of Jolly Dogs with training of our puppy. During lockdown our puppy was still waiting to be fully vaccinated so time spent with other dogs simply wasn't an option. With a voucher to boost we booked him in for a temperament test at Jolly Dogs - Friday 19/11/21. Natalie - right from the call to the appt. booking was friendly and accommodating, seemed genuinely excited to meet our Spyro. On arrival she truly was. Heightened by COVID restrictions, I was a little anxious to leave him (noting his 2 human brothers 9 &10 wanted to come in to check it out -"encase there's mean dogs mum"). It was really heart warming to see her genuine care for our dog - it helped put my mind at ease. She reassured me of the teams dedication to all the doggies in their care, the T&C's & to just simply call if I felt the need. Spyro - took to her straight away. Natalie & the team kept us updated with texts and pics of Spyro via Facebook. Collecting Spyro went so smoothly too. Spyro was super excited to see us and appeared to have had a great time. Jolly Dogs has a tradition of a small treat for your dog before leaving the facility. So that was a nice touch. From our observations of Spyros behaviour today following the visit at Jolly Dogs, he was a lot more; attentive, responsive and surprisingly calmer. It is obvious that he had quite an adventure with the dogs he met today, canine carers who truly took care of him. WE will definitely be looking to use your services on regular basis soon. Let's start by saying that in the local area there are plenty of day care facilities for your dog... I know this because we checked them all out before we settled on JollyDogs. JollyDogs is a superb place to drop off your dog for the day whilst you work etc. They absolutely adore the animals and the animals adore the staff. We are kept updated throughout the day with photos on facebook. Our dog has made many friends and as soon as we say JollyDogs he barks and runs for the car. If you need doggy day care, be sure to add this to the top of your list - I can assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Great place for puppies and dogs to socialise. My puppy Milo had his first haircut and groom today, Rod did a fantastic job, he looks like a new puppy! Awesome thank you!

I took my dog in for a well deserved groom. I was so happy with the result that Rodney and his team did on my dog ,as you all know your dog is part of your family and its always difficult in trusting someone to look after them. Rest assured your dog is in good hands with Rodney ,I will definitely be back .

I was having a really bad day and nothing was seeming right. But Jollydogs changed that, as soon as i came in to pickup my best friend to go home and finally relax, I was greeted by the most lovely and friendly team, they are not only caring and kind towards my buddy but they made my day as well. No other dog daycare i have been to has been this exceptional. 5/5 would recommend to all dog owners.

Great first week at Playschool for this little girl. Everyone with out exception lovely and caring and a delight for me, the human, too. I have peace of mind while Iam at work (where Lily is concerned) and beyond that it is Incredible value for money.

These are good people who love dogs.. We let our puppy go for the socializing and she loves it!. Totally wears her out.. The puppy training classes are also great, and we are very pleased that we found the business

As one of the owners of Jolly Dogs, I write in response to Mosquito Gully Urban Homestead (actual person unknown?). We take offence to your post, mostly because you have not said who you are, or have even tried our service. We pride ourselves on our service, both to our canine clients, and human clients, and this is evident in the positive reviews on both Google and Facebook. If you want to know more about our service, come and meet us and look around our facility, rather than hiding behind an anonymous review when we haven't even met you. You are welcome to take your puppy where it is best for you, but don't slander our business until you have tried it. We have NEVER been rough with the dogs, all our staff are trained in Canine Behaviour or are vet nurse trained (or students). We love all our dogs and can only be guilty of too many cuddles. We wish you and your puppy well at whichever daycare you choose, but don't comment on ours until you have experienced it. We ask all clients and prospective clients to check out the genuine reviews from our happy customers, not someone who has never been to meet us.

Have only been for 1 week, but our dog ended up going 3 days in a row, had a great time and was excited to go back each day. The Dog assessment process was very good and the staff were fantastic.

I love this fricken place! More importantly my dog Mack loves this place! The owners and staff are amazing. The service is very personal. Mack can't wait to get there in the morning and comes back stimulated, happy and fullfilled. I don't believe Jolly Dog's can be topped for the doogie care and service they provide.
