T.Just the most amazing place. Our pup has the best time and always comes back shattered. We recently did the birthday package and it is well worth it! We got the best photos and all of our friends and family loved seeing them. We also quite often will send our pup there because you can choose not to have them crated overnight. Thanks again to the K9 Heaven family, were so glad you were recommended 🥰
E.Our puppy LOVES going to K9 Heaven! She doesn't even look back at us when we drop her off. She's been going since she was about 3 months old and K9's pack walks and social environment really helped build her social skills while we were in lockdown. One of the things we love as pup parents is that the daycare is also open on weekends which is so helpful on days we plan to be out for a while and don't want her to be left alone at home. The staff are always happy to see our dog and she equally is excited to see them every time we arrive.
P.We were recommended K9Heaven by a friend, and even though we live on the other side of town were implored to take our beloved puppy Tui here. The staff are super friendly and clearly passionate about dogs giving Tui a massive cuddle to welcome her. They were swift and efficient and sorted her out quickly so no drawn out sad goodbyes! The photo updates kept us going while we were away - so great to see the pups running around having fun, and Tui's happy and relaxed demeanor when we picked her up spoke volumes. Would highly recommend K9heaven.
L.We have had Yorky and Skipper in K9Heaven for years and we know that we are so happy with how happy they are with going for their day sits or boarding.
Yorky was born at K9 heaven and when we take him back there he just about jumps out the window he is so eager.
Being able to have a discount as we are Gold card makes a big difference too.

A.I have been taking my dogs to K9 Heaven for 14 years. Jemma, Tilly (who has since passed) and now our puppy Ruby LOVES going to daycare!
Ruby comes home happy and tired. K9 offers so much excitement with a huge property to explore, with bush, huge open spaces and even a lake!!! The staff are kind, friendly and love Ruby as much as we do! They are spectacular superstars and always go out of their way to help. The care they give the dogs is absolute top notch! 👌
Their pricing plans for daycare and kennels are great as well. “Great bang for your buck”
K9 Heaven really is heaven for dogs. I can not recommend them enough!!!
D.We have a high energy dog who went here once per week for socialisation and exercise. We will not be taking our dog back here again. We had an issue where before he was going on the farm runs each time he went then it stopped and he came home not tired at all. We had a talk to the manager and he assured us there were no problems with him and that he would have a farm run each time he came. He went on 1 farm run since then, then obviously not the last three times (from photos and his energy levels when he came home). The last time we took him, he was scared to go in, and from the photos, we have seen some dogs on choker leads on their runs. If you think from their advertising that your dog will get to run free and have a farm run every day they are there, you are mistaken.
w.We have used K9 Heaven for grooming, doggy daycare a few time and holidays. The staff are friendly and helpful and the dogs well looked after which is important as one of our girls is very old now . She comes back bounding around so we know she is happy there.
S.Our 5 year old Swedish Vallhund has been going to K9 Heaven for day care and boarding since he was a few months old. He loves it, and we love seeing the photos posted daily on Insta where we can see him running with other like minded dogs on the farm and getting down and dirty in the mud. He always gets a great welcome and the staff all know his name. We have no hesitation in recommending K9 Heaven to other dog owners who want their dogs to have a fun stay. The discount for Gold Card holders is a great too!
K.If you're looking for a place to send your doggo knowing they will have a great time and you can spend your time worry free then definitely K9 heaven. We send our boy overnight once a week to give him a good run around and socialisation with other dogs. Basically let him be a dog. And he loves it. And we love that he is tired for the next 2 days.
R.I have been bringing my dogs to K9 Heaven for many years. My Rottweiler Dakota had gone to doggy daycares in the city but I felt she needed space and a sense of freedom. Dakota spent 1 day per week having off lead runs and staying overnight when I travelled. My Akita Daisy is nearly 2 has been going weekly to K9 Heaven since 12 weeks. The staff have been amazing 🤩 with her as Daisy can be very stubborn and a natural alpha. I travel from Hillsborough to let Daisy have a wonderful experience socialising with other dogs and running off lead…..K9 Heaven is the ONLY place for us. Huge thank you 😊 to the staff and owners for their great communication and care for my girl 🐻❤️🐾

n.I really looked around at Doggy Daycare's before I settled on K9 Heaven (yes im one of those dog mum's lol) and I am so pleased I did.
They staff are well organised, efficient and personable. Prices are very reasonable and the loyalty card is great.
I particularly like how my dogs get a mix of farm play, walks and down time to chill. The pond if a much added bonus as it's such good low impact exercise for them.
There are more and more places available these days but K9 Heaven is still number 1!

C.Not only do K9 HEAVEN provide a fantastic Doggie Daycare for your fur baby, but they also have a fantastic Grooming Service on site. My Border Collie has come home a very happy dog today, after having a full grooming. I highly recommend this company and their services.
K.Took my schnauzer for a groom today. But did not want a schnauzer cut and were specific about what we did want. It’s level 3 and they were adhering to the rules. Very friendly. Michael was on time and interested in what we wanted. Made a couple of professional suggestions and an hour and a half later I picked up a dog that looked/ was exactly what we had asked for. C.I've been taking my dogs here since they opened. It's the best. Lovely owners, very flexible if I need dog day stay or boarding at the last minute..great fun for the dogs..bush and farm walks, swimming holes, always a good number of staff to supervise. Highly recommend.

The team always bath him on pick up day so he's ready for cuddles. We live in South Auckland however it's worth the trip knowing his is so well liked after and loves it.
K.Such an amazing place where after every visit our dog is completely tired out. From the first visit the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to get to know the dogs individually and happily update us when we go to pick her up. She has had scratches during puppy playtime that were continuously cleaned and looked after by the team. Definately recommend. Prices are reasonable for the overly excited and happy look on her face when we drop her off and pick her up!

A.Paradise for doggos ! My pooch would not even want to come back home once he goes to daycare or boarding, that's how much he enjoys going to K9. The staff is lovely and very helpful, kind and friendly !
M.I've been bringing my dogs here for years- since 2007, and have nothing bad to say about them. The 3 dogs I've taken to them have all loved their time there. They get so excited to go back. Staff are professional and listen when I tell them to take it easy on the oldster with arthritis, or give this one medication, feed them this special food, etc. Thanks K9 Heaven.

A.My dogs go to K9 Heaven for their grooming and I have always found it top class.
They really enjoy their stays there and love the free running on the farm and spending their days in the yards with the other dogs.
They always come home happy and relaxed so have no worries while I am away.

M.Just started taking my pup Bella to K9 Heaven. She seems to love it and certainly comes home exhausted at the end of her days! Her nickname with us is Tornado so it is quite the accomplishment to tire her out. The staff seem relaxed and friendly. We also use Barkley Manor on the days I work in the City which is a different experience for her too. Bella's preference I think though is to run free in the outdoors with her new mates at K9 Heaven!
V.Mitch loves his time at K9..both for daycare and his holidays. He comes home happy and exhausted. .just how we like him! As older "parents" we love him getting lots of lead free exercise and socialisation with other dogs. Staff always welcoming and caring.

Grooming isn't as great as the playing. Would be cool if there were a place to watch dog get groomed or play w/o distracting them.
