S.We tried Pets In The City Mt Wellington for the first time while my wife was in labor and honestly we can't even begin to explain how amazing, professional, friendly and accommodating they are.
We had to make many changes to booking dates on short notice which was no issues at all, they took care of our dog Lexi really well and kept communication with us about how she is going.
Olivia the new owner, you and your Team are amazing and you all should be very proud of how you operate your business.
We will definitely bring Lexi back for day and future long term stays.
You are all much appreciated by my little family and our fur baby Lexi.

J.I couldn’t speak more highly of Pets in the City Mt Wellington! Especially now the new owners Olivia and Reade Cassin have bought the business. They are extremely professional, accommodating, caring and passionate about their step fur children and the owners of the fur children. In the short time I have known them I class them and the team (Jenelle Tamahaga, Mimmmi Blomgren, Shavaun Robertson and the rest of the team as friends! I am very fussy about who looks after my gourgeous British Bulldog Ella and feel very safe and at ease leaving her there weather it be for a day stay or holiday as Mum needs a holiday too! Sometimes I even wonder if Ella wants to come home due to the amount of attention, love and care she gets. I also love the new games and toys they have purchased since taking the business on. Also they have given Pets in the City Mt Wellington a fresh new look and it looks great. I can thoroughly recommend your fur child to go and check Pets in the City Mt Wellington out as I know you will fall in love with them like I did! I am actually getting goosebumps typing this!
N.I have used Pets in the City Mount Wellington a few times a year for overnights or multi nights the last two years for my small dog. I have found the staff very professional and responsive in all dealings with them over this period.

T.Love Pets in The City! Had to leave my furry friend there for a week unexpectedly. She was treated with love and respect. The staff know their charges by name. They asked about her dietary needs and quirks (all animals have them). I was even sent photos of her during her stay. She is fussy and a bit timid. I was impressed the carers had taken time to get to know her enough to get a picture or should I say 7+ (I should also mention at this point, this was her first visit)... go visit the place it is great!!
A.I take my dog to doggy day care once or twice a week. It’s such peace of mind knowing that he’s well taken care of and he absolutely loves it there! He gets so excited when we arrive and is totally burnt out by the time I pick him up. The staff are so friendly and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Pets in the City to anyone looking for a doggy day care for their fur baby!
P.Quite often if you have your baby attend a half-day they don't post pictures of their adventures which kinda sucks... But my baby always loves it there when she does go.

Our dog has been going here for 15+ months and we don't want to leave, it is on the mid to higher scale on the pricing unless you can get a concesssion card (buy a 10 day one and get a free bath but not with 5 day cards sadly) but the staff are wonderful, all of them, they look after all the animals well and let you know if absolutely anything is wrong or if your pet has been crook etc. They don't mind if your pet has been unwell etc if you ring them up just to make sure all is A OK. The staff get right in there and play with the dogs taking pics, playing with toys etc and it's nicely laid out with making sure all the correct dogs get along in their park based on size, age , breed, temperament etc.
Haven't boarded with them yet but hope too one day they book out very early for Xmas & New Years period so don't ring too late! Plus they have staff that stay at the centre with the boarders overnight which I really like. Anyway I could go on furever so great place, wonderful staff, lots of dogs, and neat cat areas! Worth every dollar! Our boy is always tired and happy when he comes home :-)

d.The place absolutely stinks!!! My customer feedback to the new owners would be to reduce the obvious overcrowding of dogs and to not have dogs opposite cats barking at the cats 24/7 as they will end up traumatized. The barking is extremely loud in the cats "room", where the cats are housed in quite small wooden boxes. Im surprised they didn't consider the effect of dogs barking at the cats all day and night personally but there is an appearance that the facility is very dog-centric so maybe cats are not a priority. Also more work on cleanliness will help with the dreadful smell. The staff are lovely though and its very handy to get to.
S.They built trust with my dog having showers and brushed she was scared one day I put her under the hose nd she did not run off scared great eye opener. They also do a great job grooming no fur all over the car when my dogs come from grooming. Professional

A.Well priced, great service for grooming and finally someone who knows how to groom Tibetan Spaniels!!! My floofs are always happy once they've been and look super cute in their necktie and flower adornments post groom.

S.Excellent facility and courteous staff. They took great care of our dog while we were in Australia and I also liked the fact that they are open weekends which helped us immensely. A wonderful modern facility that comes highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with. very clean too!!

S.I have used this place from day one with my dog happy to go there, but in the weekend l found this place to absolutely stink, and the front entrance to look in a right mess. I hate to think what the back looks like. While the staff were friend enough this place needs to pick up there act.

some animals fret for their owners and don't eat , and the fleas well
when you have a group of animals together one or more might have fleas so I'd suggest......
To any pet owner flea and worm your pet before mixing with others
to prevent this happening

R.My Golden Retriever Obi has been coming for daycare here since he was 5 Months old, he absolutely loves coming and when he sees the door nearly pulls our arm off to get inside and see all his friends. The staff are wonderful, fun, kind and caring. Even though Obi’s biggest passion is to dig, he always comes home clean (thank you so much for that 😀). We love your flexibility of hours and just how much you care about the dogs and how you are always so lovely to us as well. Thank you 🐶❤️
