E.My beloved cat "Martin" arrived from Korea and stayed here for 2 weeks. QPS was not our first choice but the original quarantine had an overbooking of some sort and they recommended this quarantine instead. I chose PetHaven quarantine as my first option because the rooms were not see-through so the cats had privacy unlike in pet haven where the walls were see-through. This stressed out Martin even more because he does not react well in the presence of new people and new cats. The facilities were a bit old and rusty but nevertheless, we were allowed to visit Martin the day he arrived which was lovely and he came back home healthy and happy!
A.Today my four Maltese pups were released from their mandatory 10days of quarantine after their import from Dubai. The care & compassion shown by the QPS staff was heartwarming. They were highly professional as well as sympathetic to my many concerns. I can't recommend them more highly. Thank you all - my pups are now getting to know what its like to run free on grass. 😊
A.Fantastic work! QPS was extremely helpful in bringing my dog to NZ from Hawai'i. They were always available to help, and answered all my questions. They sent me photo updates, and helped guide me through the import documents. My dog did lose a lot of weight in quarantine, but I think that is just because of anxiety. They even tried mixing in tinned meat with her food! Extremely considerate and hardworking people, I couldn't recommend them more. A+++++
A.This place is amazing. I just popped in completely unannounced and they took my dog in for a couple of days no problem. I changed my booking dates several times over the Christmas period, again with no hassle whatsoever...never being made to feel like I was a nuisance at all. The team here really care about their customers both animal and human. Highly recommended!
J.The staff are very friendly and have looked after our Tibetan mastiff well since he was young pup. I recommend them to anyone especially when u need a last minute service for your dogs if u have to go away for the day or night. They are very reliable.

K.I used Qualified Pet Services to bring my 3 dogs over from the states. As you can imagine it was a traumatic experience for myself and my dogs. John Lee the owner of the facility did nothing but make my experience the absolute best it could be. Every single time I turned up at the facilityto visit my dogs all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They eased my anxiety and on the first day I was pleasantly surprised to see my big German Shepherd being exercised in the small area. John said he wanted to make sure he got some sun! Another time I heard him in one of the units calming a little dog that was just settling in. He stayed with him until he calmed down.
Then upon leaving due to it being a public holiday my wire transfer had not gone through from overseas for final payment and John let me take my dogs home, trusting that payment was coming.
I can highly recommend this facility. Quarantine sucks, but for 2 weeks know that your fur babies are in the best of hands with people who truly love animals.P.S All my dogs settled no worries.

Carol and team went WAY above and beyond to assist the importation of our cat.
We sailed in to NZ from Fiji in our private yacht. I did not want to use an importer as our schedule is so fluid due to weather. Without the extremely friendly, patient and professional help from QPS, I don't believe we would have gotten our kitty in, or at the very least it would have cost us a lot more! Carol worked tirelessly though this entire painful process that took around 3 months to complete.
The facility was very clean, smelled good (a biggie for me) and of course the staff was very friendly.
Our cat returned to the boat happy and looking great.
K.Took my puppy in for 5 days while we were on vacation and they really looked after him he was also nice and clean when we got him back. I would definitely use them again, friendly staff and professional.
H.Awesome people. Looked after our 3 cats and a dog for 10 day quarantine from the UK. They were all well and happy (as happy as cats could be anyway😅) and settled in just fine when we got home. A big thank you to QPS.
K.Our German Shepherd, Kratos, has been staying with QPS since 2013 and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I’m on the other side of Auckland but more than happy to drive the distance to know my fur baby is cared for. Great facilities and wonderful staff - all dogs come home freshly bathed and groomed.
My dog cane through here when I relocated from overseas and their quarantine facilities are equally awesome. Every single time I drop Kratos off, he drags me through the door and doesn’t look back to say goodbye.

J.My wee dog Louie goes to doggie daycare at Qualified Pet Services most days he loves seeing all his doggy friends there louie loves the humans that work here as well they are always ready with hugs and kisses for him they also run a kennels and cattery that I have used and am very satisfied with the service and love given Qualified Pet Services are the quarantine kennels and cattery for all animals traveling internationally CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGHT lovely people
