Yo and Matt's unfailingly cheerful competence and helpfulness has made every international and national pet transport stress free.

陈.Had a appointment but no one at the reception when I arrived. Called 3 times waiting for 30 mins for someone. Customer service is not so friendly, not the human at least… so I think won’t be better for furry friend… I won’t send my dog there

My partner and I urgently needed to fly to Gisborne for a funeral, and the team sorted a crate for us in only a few hours and were very patient with us. A huge thanks to Yo at Donquest for making the process so simple and stress free - it was much appreciated! Would highly highly recommend.

E.Welcoming and inexpensive. Cat day stay - Staff were very friendly, the place is cozy and clean. Cats (2) had a joining suite so they could keep each other company.

L.The staff are friendly and easy to engage with - there was someone on the premises whenever we dropped in. Decent facilities for cats - clean and tidy. Our cat seemed well looked after and behaved in his usual relaxed and friendly manner when we picked him up each time (not distressed). I chose this place as it's near Belfast and competitively priced. Would use again in future.
A.The best dog day care or kennels in Christchurch! Love and appreciate how much the staff care about each pet that goes there. Love their photos on fb to show your fur baby having a great time!
P.After moving from Sydney to Christchurch, Donquest Kennels looked after our 2 cats for over a month until we moved into a property.
They were looked after so well and we never had any issues.
It was never an issue with the staff when we'd come to visit either.
I highly recommend them to anyone.
