Susan's wealth of knowledge has been amazing for our lab's over the past 12 years. We used Petiquette for training of our old boy, now 12, and have also used again more recently with our re-homed 4 year old. The small things that Susan see's create a HUGE change in our life and family environment with our dog's. The methodology she uses makes so much sense! and is super easy to implement. We can't thank Susan enough for coming to our rescue in our relationship with our (very clever) little labradoodle. Mindy was really testing the boundaries, and we were at a loss to know what to do to change this. Susan taught us to look at the relationship from the dog's point of view, and to react calmly but firmly when Mindy misbehaved. She still has a way to go, but is a different dog from the one we previously had! It's great to know that Susan is always there at the end of the phone if we need her.

Susan has made an incredible difference to our family life by helping us control our lovely but confused dog. Having rescued him he had a mix of problems with him but in truth it was us that didn't know how to manage him. Treating him like a human effectively and giving him lots of love wasn't the best thing for him. We had to start thinking from a dogs perspective! OMG it changed our lifes but most importantly our dog is now happy, knows his place, his behavior has turned around and everyone is less stressed! Thanks for saving our sanity!!

Can't thank Susan enough for helping us with our 5 yr old Cocker Spaniel. The consultation and follow up was personalized and informative and really helped us to understand how our 'puppy' was thinking.
