L.As you always are when you take your fur baby somewhere new, I was nervous. But the owners and staff are so welcoming and my dog enjoyed his stay so much we've booked into daycare on a regular basis.

M.Our shy rescued puppy is an interesting prospect...when stressed she gets aggressive but the staff here have shown understanding and a clear to gave integrated her into their "doggy daycare" program successfully. She appears to love going there and comes home happy and exhausted.
C.Our little dogs had never been to a kennel and we were unsure how they would greet us on our return...surprisingly they were hesitant to leave with us at first which eased our minds and will happily take them back again
L.I've been taking my cat here for a few yrs, my cat has special biscuits and given certain amount twice a day new owner dosent want to listen to what I want, thinks she should hav her bowl fill all the time

J.Friendly service and excellent facilities for Cats. My fur baby was well looked after.
E.The young lady that I booked with had poor communication skills. I called during the day but left a message because no one answered. They called back in the afternoon saying that they could take my dog. I got there 20 minutes later and she said she had lost my booking so I'd need to fill out another.
(The lady that saw me the next morning was lovely however.)
She then took our dog out back without giving my girlfriend a chance to say goodbye. This was our first time giving our dog to anyone for an overnight stay so this bummed her out.
The pricing was good and my pup seemed to be happy when he left so that was good.
We probably won't be back but don't let that deter you.
Their venue looks safe and were able to take a same day booking.
I just had unfortunate customer serve e which is a big deal for me.
G.Our furry babies love Animal Lodge. Rick and Elena the new owners are fantastic. In the process of renovation as of May 2021, but still open for business.
K.The staff here are really friendly and knowledgeable. We booked in for the cattery service and they were able to accommodate us, and made changes on the day to suit our cat too.
