L.The Pethaven team were absolute stars with helping us relocate our dog to NZ from London. Jane was super responsive, answered all of my questions, made me feel supported and ensured everything was all sorted. I appreciated the regular pictures and updates, plus the help with flying Mia to Wellington after her stint in quarantine. Thank you so much!!! We truely couldn't be happier with there service. They have been so amazing. We had to do our managed isolation at the same time as our dog which ment he had to stay for an extra few days on top of his 10 days to wait for us. Jane and her team have sent us lovely emails every two to three days updating us on his progress with amazingly reasuring pictures of our boy playing and having fun and getting treats and every email has expressed our boys personality.
Even when the weather was bad and I was alittle worried about him they let me know that he was fine and tucked up nice and cozy under the heat lamps.
We couldn't have asked for more, its such a massively worrying thing to do when you put your very much loved family member through such a scary ordeal without you, but once they get here all you want to know is that there healthy and happy and Pet Haven have really made it soooo much easier for us from the very first day he arrived by letting us know he was eating, toileting and had had a nice wash to freshen him up after the long journey in his crate to the other side of the world.

R.I flew my chihuahua from London to Auckland during covid, after flight cancellations he finally got on the plane. Pethaven were amazing and honoured my deposit even though his actually flight date turned out to be a year later than initially planned. I kept informed every step of the way. I was sent constant photos and updates. He always looked like he was having so much fun with everyone and playing. I mainly communicated with Jane, and she answered all my questions thoroughly. Couldnt be happier with the service.
J.The staff at Pethaven were throughly professional throughout the whole quarantine process. We received regular updates and photos, which we found very reassuring at such a stressful time for our dogs and us as their owners. We found the staff to be incredibly caring and they clearly love animals and look after them with real affection. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pethaven if you are looking for a quarantine facility for your much loved pet travelling to New Zealand. Pethaven is set in a peaceful rural area well away from noise.
N.Pethaven are fantastic. They looked are our Jack Russell Frankie so well and we got regular updates and pictures. We are so grateful for all their help, especially during this tough time. The staff played with her daily and bathed her so she felt very loved and we had the comfort knowing she was well looked after. They made the process as stress free as it could be and she is now so happy in her new home!
A.Our dog spent 10 days here when he arrived from SA. They sent photos all the time and our Billy was so happy with them. When we collected him, he went back inside to say goodbye to all his new human friends. The staff here is truly passionate about what they do and have a sincere love for animals. I would definitely use them again
K.After a lot of research we decided to use Pethaven Quarantine. Our fur baby Lola travelled all the way from London to Auckland we couldn't have picked a better quarantine station. K.Just relocated from South Africa and I cannot recommend PetHaven highly enough. Our cats are our children and moving them across the world has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Jane and her team made sure to tell me at 3 in the morning they safely had the kitties and updated us throughout their stay. They sent us photos and chatted to us on the phone every day. We are tremendously grateful and would suggest anybody looking for a reliable and incredibly kind team to take care of their pets - choose these guys.

I.Jane and the team at Pet Haven were fantastic to deal with. Our Lakeland terrier arrived here from the UK and although recent regulation changes meant we were unable to visit him in quarantine, Jane kindly sent us photos and updates as to how he was doing. We really felt that he was well looked after for his first 10 days in New Zealand at Pet Haven.
C.Quarantine can be a stressful process after having your animals fly such a long way. However, I cannot reccomend Pet Haven enough. They were very communicative before we even arrived and provided a shipper recommendation. During our dogs stay we recieved regular emails with updates and photos. One of our dogs is incredibly shy, but he came completely out of his shell. A testament to how loving they are to the animals in their care. Cannot recommend enough!
Z.We used PetHaven as our quarantine station for our two cats when we emigrated from the UK to New Zealand. They were really communicative and sent us regular emails with photos so we knew the cats were being well looked after. Having a pet in quarantine is horrible but PetHaven made it as pain free as possible (for us and the cats!) and I would highly recommend them.

J.These guys kept my three Labs in quarantine when I moved from the US to New Zealand. Like all quarantine facilities, they cost a lot. However, they were great concerning visiting, and they were able to keep my three together in a double size kennel. The facilities are well run and the employees are kind to the resident dogs. My dogs seemed reasonably happy, despite not getting their usual exercise.
J.The ladies over at PetHaven did an amazing job collecting and looking after our pets when they arrived in New Zealand. They updated us with pictures and stories via email. These ladies went above and beyond with communication before, during and after the move process. Highly recommend.
J.PetHaven is a really great facility. I have bring my cat "Aker" from France and they helped me a lot trough the Paperwork. Also when he arrive in the Quarantine, they have send me pictures of him and tell me the state of his mood and all. They care a lot about their Pet Resident and the Staff is very nice and helpful. L.Thank you PetHaven for taking care of our baby girl Minske. Minske is a one-eyed cat and has glaucoma in her only eye. This requires her getting eye drops once a day. Jane took great care of Minske, assuring she got drops every day.
They also played with her every day, sent us update pics and videos once a day and gave her all the love she required.
We could not have asked for better and thank you so much for all that you have done.
