I cannot recommend Pets and Pats enough. Being first time fur parents, we care so much about our little Charlie and where he goes. Pets and Pats are constantly AMAZING to deal with. Charlie gets picked up by the "pup bus" which he waits at the door for in the mornings. He gets sooo excited when it arrives - that tells me everything I need to know. He absolutely loves going to the farm as he gets to run around with all his friends. We really like how they categorise dogs in size, age and energy levels so we know Charlie won't be bowled by bigger dogs or step on smaller ones accidentally. The whole team are friendly and really easy to communicate with. I have 100% trust in everyone involved and know Charlie is in safe hands from the moment that he gets picked up, to when he gets back home at the end of the day ❤️

We absolutely love pets and pats and how much it helps us out with our energetic puppy. Our fur baby Saint has been going for nearly 2 months and it’s been amazing. It’s amazing for us because the day after he’s at doggy daycare he’s always knocked out the day after which gives us a nice little break. The team are AMAZING there, one of the ladies puts him in the car after his long day running around at daycare and tells me how good he’s been and what he’s been doing which is really nice to hear and puts my mind at ease knowing he’s socialising really well with other dogs. We love how there’s a pool there because we don’t have one at home and letting him off leash at the beach is a bit scary since he’s still a puppy so having him learn the swim there is really helpful. Sending him to daycare has been really good because he’s also not sitting at home waiting for us to come home from work he’s out and about running around with all his friends. Would definitely recommend!

If there was a Disneyland for dogs, Pets and Pats would be it. 😊 This is an awesome place where every pup is a four-legged family member. Angela, Jason and the Pets & Pats team are very caring and professional and absolutely always do their best for each of the dogs entrusted to their care both day care and lodging.

Thank you so much to the Pets & Pats team for looking after our little boy. He absolutely loves Pets & Pats and is so ecstatic every time the Pup Bus comes to pick him up! We honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Pets & Pats. We recommend it to anyone with a loved pooch who is considering a day care. Here is wee Bohdi having fun out on the farm, having the freedom to run about and get as muddy as he likes!! (Because the wonderful Pets & Pats team clean him up before dropping him back home). The best day care ever!

We feel so incredibly lucky that Lolly is part of the Pets and Pats family. We normally find it so hard to go away and relax because we’re worried about Lolly. It’s so nice to know that at Pets and Pats Lolly is loved and cared for just as she would be at home and that she is having such an amazing time with all the dogs and the Pets and Pats team! The team upload so many photos and are very responsive to all messages / emails! You are never left wondering what your dog is up to! Every time Lolly comes home from Pets and Pats she is happy and goes straight to sleep - we just know she has had the most incredible time. I couldn't recommend Pets and Pats highly enough!

Pets and Pats is a huge spacious property which is safely gated and has many facilities that the dogs can use! They have a tennis court, open paddocks, a massive swimming pool and the staff are also super friendly! The staff have very good communication skills and are very reassuring! The dogs are always professionally managed, they are always supervised by experienced dog handlers who are also super loving to the dogs! Pets and Pats is just one big family and I've never felt so welcomed and cared for! The staff create such strong bonds with their dogs that Pets and Pats becomes their second home! They really prioritise dog safety over anything! They will go to extreme lengths to make sure your dog comes home happy and safely!

As a former team member at Pets and Pats I will never be able to praise this place highly enough! We love every single dog that comes into our care and treat them as though they were our own. We really do strive to have the best relationships not only with the dogs but with the owners as well. The dogs are able to run and play to their hearts content and get endless cuddles. With having a dog exclusive pool, tennis court and 3 massive paddocks for the dogs to enjoy. Angela and Jason have given their home to do something that they love and it really does show with how much work, effort and love they put into Pets and Pats. I would never want to send my dog or any other dog anywhere but here.

Angela, Jason and the team have been looking after Richie (lab / viszla cross) since he was a puppy and he can't get enough of the place. As a "high energy" dog, he loves the open spaces and freedom to play - and with the expertise on hand to make sure he and his mates are properly looked after and guided. The door-to-door service is priceless for our house and being able to board means we know that Richie is safe and happy when the rest of the family is on holiday. Also, the PnP team have been really flexible when plans have changed, adapting when they can when unavoidable last minute changes have happened (eg cancelled / delayed flights, family emergencies).

Our dog, Blaze adores his time at Pets and Pats! He is a high energy Vizsla and the farm environment is perfect for him to play all day. When they say ‘Disneyland for dogs’ I believe this to be very true for Blaze; tennis courts with balls being shot, farm land, a pool and an incredible team who are passionate and knowledgeable about dogs. Ange, Jason, Helison and the team at Pets and Pats are very highly thought of in our house. We love knowing that our precious family member is having the time of his life!

Ange, Jason and the amazing Pets and Pats team have a very special place in my heart. My sharpei x, Bruno, was a rescue who had a bit of a tough start in life. Together with the patience, guidance and care of the Pets and Pats team, we showed Bruno that the world can be a fun and safe place for a doggy when he's surrounded by humans who understand him, give him some boundaries, and encourage his goofiness. I couldn't have done this without the Pets and Pats team. They are doggy angels <3
