We trust Angie with Bear and Theo every time we go out, and she is always so professional and responsive. She does a thorough job feeding our two cats, scooping their litter, and playing with them; she always remembers to send through a bunch of cute pics too! The cats seem to really like her and always come out to greet her and play! It's so much easier for us to take a holiday knowing that quality, trustworthy care for our cats is only a few clicks away. :)

I highly recommend the Pet Company for looking after my cat Coco. They are reliable and friendly and spend time each visit playing her. You can chat with the cat sitter through their portal and see photos of your cat and confirmation that the feeding bowls and litter are all sorted. They’ll even keep your plants watered! Definitely one less worry when you’re away from home!

Angie took care of our cat for a month letting him out in the morning and locking him in each night and gave reports each time on their website. Very reliable and gave us much peace of mind.

I was very nervous for someone to watch my babies but last time I took my cat to a Cat hotel he came home and went under the bed for a couple days. So having an in house sitter helped so much. The communication was great, the app the use is great, you even get a little report and photos daily. We will use this company again any time we have to leave and will recommend them for sure!

I've used Pet Company a number of times now, and would recommend them to others as they are amazing! They listen very carefully to your needs and tailor the plan to what you need. They always treat my fur baby like a princess and make sure the house is always secure, plus they offer to water your plants, pick up your mail etc which is so awesome! Plus my fur baby is always very happy after they've looked after her. Would definitely recommend to others!

I asked for last minute booking over Easter for home visits to look after my 2 kittens and it was no problem for them. The kittens were well looked after and the visits included collecting the mail and watering the plants. Any queries were always answered quickly and they kept me updated with how the kittens were while I was away. Very happy with the team and would recommend using them. It helped they also sent out Easter chocolates as well!!

Angie and Jen have been a lifesaver. We had planned on a friend house-sitting to watch our cats for our long holiday. When they backed out at the last minute the Pet Company saved our trip with very short notice by stepping in. They updated us regularly which was very reassuring and followed my partner's detailed instructions with no problems. We came home to happy and healthy furry mates.
