J.Tim has been amazing with our dog Shado. He is very knowledgable and quickly realised what we and our dog needed to improve. Communication leading up to the training session was great. He also quickly followed up with an extensive plan for us and some additional reading material after our session. We will definitely be training with him again in the future!

B.Tim, we can't thank you enough for all of your help with Paddy! From the first session we learnt so many tips to help us manage her problematic behaviours in a fun and relaxing way. Having the sessions occur from home and in the local area that we take Paddy made the whole process easy, and helped to ensure the skills were being consolidated in her own environment. A.Archie came to us at 5 months after being re-homed. He came with all the usual puppy antics, barking, whining, high energy, and also some isolation distress and a tendency to bark and damage things when we weren't home.
Having never owned a dog before we engaged Tim to work with us over serval sessions and it has helped so much. Archie is now so relaxed at home, does as he's told (most of the time) and no longer tears the house to pieces when we leave.
We still have things to work on but are fully confident in Tim as a trainer and his methods are so positive that we look forward to counting working with him as Archie grows.
J.Highly recommend Tim at Good Dog Behaviour. Before we picked up our pup, Tui, we got in touch with Tim to lock in the 'Super Puppy' program sessions to commence from the get-go. For us, it was more about establishing a reference point for the training approach - training us more-so! Tim has provided clear guidelines but also tailored things to suit our home set up and personality of a verrrrrrry energetic German Shorthaired Pointer. He's been available to answer questions in between sessions too, which has been great. Thanks for your help so far, Tim! Pretty cool to see how Tui has developed and settled into our multi adult + kid + cat + ever changing routine household.
N.We have two dogs who both needed training for different reasons. We had seen other trainers over the years who we felt didn't understand and listen, then gave advice that didn't make a difference and made things worse. With Tim, he was realistic and understanding of us and our dogs. Which meant his work made a difference quickly and positively. Tim taught US a lot not just training our dog, about how to understand dogs and ensure they are living the best quality of life. Ultimately, we have have a much better bond with our dogs and they are much happier pups! Thanks Tim!
T.Tim (and Elliot, of course) is a miracle worker. He took my 10 month old Border Collie, Pickles, as part of his Day Training program to help get her recall up to speed.
While Pickles is a delight, she has been a challenge to train and after some bad experiences with other trainers in the early days, the traditional commands and obedience training were rendered completely ineffective.
Not only does she now come back reliably when called (even when distracted by other dogs and her addiction to chasing balls) and is having a field day in off-leash areas, but Tim also worked heavily with her in terms of her engagement and her tendency to be hyper-stimulated by her surroundings.
In the space of a month, she is a new and improved version of herself. I couldn't be happier with the result and couldn't recommend the Day Training program highly enough.

M.Each session we do with Good Dog Behaviour our boy becomes a better dog and easier to be around. Tim has a terrific calming effect and has helped our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy so much over a short period of time. We even received notes and homework as a reminder of the things we went through with important tips added. Highly Recommend and affordable training.
S.Tim is great! He’s very quick to respond and helped us with our 9 year old rescue. She was very fearful towards strangers and other dogs but he came to our house and assessed the situation while giving us really useful tips and tricks we can do to ease her anxiety in the house and in public. We highly recommend Tim and his team to any new dog owners or even old dog owners that would like to better understand their pet’s behaviour.
S.We used Tim's services to help address some behavioral issues we were having with our Dog. Tim was fantastic, we were very impressed by his ability to quickly connect with our dog, understand the underlying drivers of his aggression and give us some really effective strategy's to support our dog and better manage his behaviour.
