Scarlett absolutely loves doggo daycare at Playful Paws. I think she prefers daycare to home, she’s always so excited when we make the turn off to Turua! Sophie and the team are just lovely to work with and the photo updates are so great. You can tell it’s a place created by animal lovers and we feel so lucky to have it as an option to wear out our very energetic pup! We’ve also boarded a couple of times and absolutely recommend. Thanks for being so awesome Playful Paws! Love Scarlett 🐶

We were looking for a kennel that was close to the start of our road trip and this place was in the perfect location. We had clear communication from the start and felt our dog would be left in good hands. We loved the personal text mid stay and the photos on Facebook was a lovely check in. We felt there was a welcoming, warm vibe and the dogs were really cared for. We particularly loved the space available for the dogs to run and play in. When we picked our dog up he was comfortable, happy and tired from a week of play! Thanks Playful Paws we will definitely use you again and appreciate you working over the Christmas break :)

Rosie loved her stay at Playful Paws. The team there are so inviting and she always has an amazing time there and looks so well cared for when we get her back. It's always nice to send her off to stay at the lodge knowing she is in such caring hands. Till next time, thanks again Playful Paws!

These guys were great! They managed to squeeze in George plus my sister’s dog for a week very last minute. We picked up two very happy, well cared for dogs after our holiday. We’ll definitely be using you guys in the future!

We were so delighted to find Playful Paws for our friendly Burmese cat. He actually enjoyed the company of the other cats in the Backpackers and we feel he was very well looked after by Sophie and Linda, and have booked a future visit.

Thank you Linda and Sophie for taking such good care of Toby when he came on holiday. All the dogs looked extremely happy and well cared for. Facebook post also showed the dogs having such a great time together. Thanks again. Toby will return.

I was so worried about putting Dante in kennels as previous dogs have come back anxious and underweight from other places. I should never have worried Sophie and Linda have obviously taken great care of our Dane X mastiff. Dante was relaxed clean, happy and healthy. We absolutely loved the FB photo updates. How cool for him to socialise and play in such a great space. Already booked in for next year. Great communication about how he was getting in for his 3 week stay. Thank you much guys.

Beeny loves going to Playful Paws; she goes to Wednesday day care but has also stayed overnight on occasion. Sophie and Linda are relaxed and sensible and easy to deal with; they obviously know dogs and PP is run very well. I am very fussy about where Beeny stays but I have no reservations whatsoever leaving her here.

My little Schnoodle has been going to Playful Paws for a few weeks now and absolutely loves it. I was nervous at first as she had separation anxiety when we tried another place but no problems with Sophie and Linda. Settled in straight away and comes home tired and happy.

Playful Paws provides very good care of my dog Cosmo. Reassuring to know he has play and stimulation at Daycare and when boarding. Great location close to Thames.

I don't think my dogs have ever looked happier than after their stay at Playful Paws!! I get so nervous leaving my doggies anywhere overnight but the moment I met Sophie and Linda, I knew they were in safe hands. Very beautiful area, well kept and spacious! Excellent Service! I Highly recommend Playful Paws to any and every pet owner. Milo, Bentjie and Buddy look forward to their next stay!!

Our little Fox Terrier Izzy, absolutely loves Playful Paws! Each time we pull in she is just busting to get out of the car and play, there is no saying good bye, she is just off! Sophie is amazing with Izzy and her sassy, energetic nature, and we love all of the interaction that Izzy gets every time she stays at Playful Paws. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care for their dog :)

A fantastic doggy daycare and kennels. We needed to drop our dog off for a few hours so we could go shopping in Thames and Sophie was so accommodating! And Max had a great time, thank you so much.

Django thoroughly enjoyed his stay over Christmas! It was great to see him having fun in the pool and with the hose via the photos on Facebook and we even got a txt update to say he was having fun which was a lovely touch. Sophie was great to deal with, very professional and booking in was very easy. Thanks again! We will definitely be back! 😊

My dogs have been there twice recently under the new owners and I’m very pleased how they are treated. Owners are obliging and I like how they post photos of our pets during their stay. Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic daycare! All dogs look happy! Sophie and Linda provide such fun and safe environment. Very friendly and excellent communication. Highly recommend!

Its never easy leaving my dog behind to go on holiday, but when I leave him with Sophie and Linda I know he's in good hands. They are both well skilled, trustworthy and you can tell they treat the dogs as their own. Its a nice feeling knowing my dog is having a holiday of his own, best expereince I've ever had with a pet lodge and I'm sure my doggo would say the same.

Awesome service! Left our dog in Sophie's care for a night and day while we did the pinnacles, our dog was well exercised, and socialised. Highly recommend! 5 Star!

Maze absolutely loves going to her doggy daycare. She visibly shakes with excitement as we get nearer and is having happy dreams (wags her tail in her sleep). Highly recommended, Sophie is amazing!!

Sophie’s amazing with my young dog, 💯 happy . Dog boards when required and goes to daycare. Comes home happy.

My dog loves this place. He can be difficult but the owners know what their doing and make it easy not to worry about him while I'm away when hes in their company. Highly recommend for anyone that wants their furry friends well looked after with peace of mind.

Pre Lockdown i left my cat with Linda and Sophie. They made her feel comfortable. And she was relaxed when i picked her up. So i was happy. and will use their service again.

My boy (cat) was well looked after at Playful paws Great accommodation and communication whilst I was away on the road. Recommend

Caring friendly staff have been great in helping with developing my dogs confidence as he has a bit of a nervous nature but loves going to Playful Paws.
