I bring my dog Sydney here every Monday. Now he knows when it's monday morning and start biting my toe while I'm still in bed so he can go down to Hound Lounge. Staff are always friendly and they genuinely care for dogs. I can always see who else was there and got to play with Sydney on their facebook page with photos uploaded every day. Love this place and will take Syd down here as long as they're here.

Great staff offer professional and friendly service. These guys know what they are doing. Our dog is safe and happy at the Hound Lounge. Highly recommended.

My dog Meg has been going to Hound Lounge for nearly six years and she absolutely LOVES it! It's so reassuring to know she's in such great hands with professionals who love dogs. Hound Lounge has gone out of their way to take care of my other dog Manu who isn't as social as Meg and needs a quieter space when I have needed him to be looked after during the day. They understood his special needs and made sure he was comfortable and happy with playmates he could handle. He now trots in there with his tail up all excited which is amazing considering how nervous he can be. I feel confident that Michal and the staff at Hound Lounge take care of my pups as well as I would and cater to their different needs. They take the time to get to know individual dogs and tailor their care accordingly. I have no hesitation recommending Hound Lounge to any fur parent!

Our mini-schnauzer has been going to Hound Lounge for almost 3 years, since she was just a wee pup. She is very wary of strangers, so it gives my partner and I great satisfaction to see how happy and excited she is every morning when we drop her at the Lounge. It has become her second home, and the staff there truly are her extended family. An attentive, friendly, caring staff who work so hard to provide a safe fun place for our little pup! A++++

My two dogs absolutely love Hound Lounge! They get so excited to go there! They love seeing all of the friendly staff and their doggy pals too. I feel so grateful to be able to leave them in such good hands when I can't spend the day with them myself. Thanks, Hound Lounge team, for taking such awesome care of my precious pups!

We cannot speak too highly of Michal and all the staff at Hound Lounge. They 're highly professional and dedicated dog lovers who take the time and care needed to make sure not only your dogs needs are properly looked after, but also that you are kept fully informed about everything. Our little black pug puppy, Douglas, adores going to daycare and cannot wait to get out of the car! We cannot thank them enough for this past year.

My pup used to come just one day a week, but now comes 3 times as he loves it so much! He knows exactly what days we go, and he is beside himself with excitement on the trip there! The team are AMAZING, their love for the dogs is evident and they keep me updated on Zach's antics :) Totally recommend the Hound Lounge, Michal is 100% committed to providing the best care she can for our beloved pooches and Zach comes home exhausted but very very happy :)

My Dog Douglas cannot wait to get to the Hound Lounge in the morning. He literally pulls me on his lead to the car and then pulls me to the the Hound Lounge! My experience with Michal as well as all the employees has been amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hound Lounge in Miramar to any other dog owners. The care that my dog is provided is first rate and it's a relief and a pleasure to know that he's safe and happy while I'm at work.

My dog has been fortunate enough to enjoy both daycare and dog-walking services from the Hound Lounge for the past six years. I have the greatest appreciation and respect for not only the excellent level of service that they provide, but also the great knowledge, skill, and care they have shown. Six years on he is very excited to go there every time. I would unreservedly recommend them to others.

My dog loves the Hound Lounge! She can't wait to get out of the car once we have parked and runs in the door tail wagging. The staff are always friendly and helpful. At the end of the days she comes home very tired from playing all day, and very happy. Would totally recommend the lounge to others.

Charlie-Brown has been a regular at Hound Lounge the last year and a half. He absolutely loves being there to the point that he treats the Hound Lounge as his second home and is usually in a grump when he is not at daycare on a week day. Michal and her team are so accomodating and take good care of our Charlie. We highly recommend Hound Lounge if you want your four legged family member to be well looked after when you're at work or are going away.

We use emBARKERS Hound lounge regularly for pet sitting and walking our dogs. They offer a friendly and professional service and have never let us down. On more than one occasion they have gone the extra mile for which we are very appreciative. If you are looking for people you can trust to provide the best care to your pets at reasonable prices then look no further.

We love The Hound Lounge. Our lab adored her time there when we lived in Seatoun. And we loved the staff. Kind and considerate of not only the dogs in their care but also amazingly kind to the owners. Can't speak highly enough of them all!

Hound lounge is an amazing doggy day care. They show kindness, compasion and understanding to each dog. Their prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. I would recommend this day care to anyone looking for a doggy day care that sincerely cares for their pet as if it were their own.

Our boy was a regular at hound lounge for 3 years, for month-at-a-time daycare, isolated days, and even overnight stays. We've since left Wellington, and leaving the hound lounge is one of our biggest losses. Our dog loved the place and adored the staff. He went bonkers excited in the car when we turned toward daycare in the morning, and came home absolutely tuckered out and relaxed at the end of every day. The way he greeted the staff with joy either at the lounge or out on the town confirmed that they're great people with a bunch of love for pups. We have recommended HL many times to friends, and will continue to do so.

We love this place. My standard poodle has been coming here for half days for a couple of years and she cant wait to get in the door. Michal has also provided overnight dog sitters and dog walkers when I am out of town. I am confident that this day care follows their safety rules and my dog will not be exposed to unneutered or poorly socialized dogs.

Our dog loves going to Hound Lounge and is rearing to get down that path when we drive up. She gets to run around and play all day and burn off that energy - then she's so tired when she gets home. The overnight service is great too, she thinks she's special when she gets to stay upstairs!

Our puppy Stella has been going to Hound Lounge for a few months now. Before attending Hound Lounge she went to another daycare close by before we were politely asked to find another solution - due to her being a hyperactive ball of energy. The team at Hound Lounge have been nothing short of amazing since she joined and are always trying to find new strategies to help settle her. Michal and her crew have worked non-stop to help and support all their clients. Their passion is dogs, and this remains their focus. I have had my house looked after and all the pets therein, and every time I come home, the animals are relaxed and chilled. It is a blessing knowing they have my animals and my best interests at heart ! Couldn't recommend them highly enough

My dog has been going to the Hound Lounge for over 2 years now. He has a great time and is well cared for. He was very sick toward the end of last year and the owner and team there were amazing.

I love, love, love the Hound Lounge, they have kept me sane. Milly can't wait to get there, I think she would live there. The staff are professional, they're friendly, they know all the dogs and I don't think I would have coped without them. Thank you Hound Lounge, you are a godsend!!!

Mandy has been going to Houndlounge for over five years and is so loved and looked after by Michal, Matt, Petra and everyone. She is nervous and slow to trust strangers but has always been treated with gentleness and understanding and love. Houndlounge is a wonderful place and we know she is well looked after while we are at work. My sister's dogs Murdoe and Theo also loved going to Houndlounge when they were on holiday with us.

emBarkers Hound Lounge in Miramar is wonderful. Our dog pulls on the lead when she knows it is Doggy Daycare day and comes back home well looked after, exhausted and happy. The staff are friendly and wonderful communicators! I would recommend them to everyone :)

Our little pup Moose has been going to the HoundLounge since he was 6 months old and he is now going on 2 years old. He loves going, as soon as we get out of the car he races through the door without a backwards glance. The staff are lovely and know everyone on a personal level- we never have to say who we are collecting, they know who each dog belongs to! Thanks Michal and team

Pedro, my curly coated retriever, comes home from the Hound Lounge with the waggiest tail, the biggest dog smile and a big old happy swagger. The people who help Pedro achieve this are clearly some of the very best possible dog folk. Hound Lounge get dogs and they get dog needs.

My 1year old Billie, has been welcomed and always well looked after at the hound lounge, Michal and her team has not only been superfriendly to deal with, but also very contientious about managing my dogs quirks and mischievous behaviour! Billie is super happy to go here and exhausted afterwards. Great place, great service and friendly staff

Great space and people. I just say "Hound Lounge" to my dog and she gets very excited. Love that there is a park that they get a run in next door. Dog comes home happy and tired!

I mostly use their pet-sitting service and have always found them to be excellent. And Michal is always so easy and great to deal with. My two dogs always seem happy too! 😄

We've been taking our god Pepe here for the past 3 years on and off and we find Michael and the crew at Hound Lounge to be amazing. Pepe loves going there almost ripping my arm off pull so hard to get in the door. Thanks team! :D

All the staff at the Hound Lounge are brilliant and so welcoming. Our 2 boys love going for the day and they come home super tuckered out.

We've used the pet-sitting service and they were brilliant. Not only we're our animals cared for and loved while we were away, so was our house and garden. Totally recommend.

Da Hound Lounge is lovlies as are the peoples dat works there. Dey lets me sleep and play with other doggies when I wants to. I all exciteds.

My dogs go twice a week and love it there. Friendly and knowledgable staff who work REALLY hard for the welfare of their clients (both canine and human).

This is a great place and you can trust the positive reviews. I understand the rash of bad reviews in the past week is from one man (and his aliases / accomplices) who has never been a customer and is trying to damage the business.
