I have to give the staff of this AA office AAA+ for the greatest service ever. I got to their shop at 16h40 on Friday with my son from Pakaranga to apply for a re-issue of his driving license after loosing his origional card. They were most helpful and accomodating even with a long queue. We finally got out a 17h35. Thank you AA, you trully went beyond the extra mile.

Absolutely fabulous service. Prompt, attentive, efficient, friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and additionally provided me with important upgrades to my current membership. Made me feel comfortable when taking the dreaded license photo. A pleasant experience.

It’s been my 3rd visit in this year and I dare say my opinion is now rather grounded: - service is very professional, staff goes extra miles to clarify, double-check and do everything to make your request granted; - attitude to customers is respectful, well-mannered and patient - approach at level-2 in managing clients and store space is brilliant - I liked the fact that department manager / senior employee is taking care of customers admission and making them feel as much comfortable and assisted as possible, and finding a time in advising colleagues and clients. If somebody feels slowness that’s because procedures are quite multi-step and time-consuming. If your first impression does not feel high-standard - pay better attention - it’s as good as could be to deliver excellent service.

After two failed attempts at converting my Irish driver's licence elsewhere, I was feeling a little hopeless. That was until this weekend when I popped into AA Takapuna! Vincy greeted me as soon as I arrived and signed me in with a smile. After that I was lucky to have been looked after by the kind Karl- a gentleman from start to finish. Last but definately not least- I have to mention the absolute lady that was Joanne/Joanna. I didn't quite catch her name because she was super busy running around tending to everyone's needs! But she was the one who got to the bottom of my issue, and was super clear in explaining what the next steps are (for me to obtain an exemption etc). My experience with this team last Saturday really made my weekend. I'll be back guys!

Rochelle from the Takapuna branch was so lovely and friendly. She is an asset to the company. I've never had such friendly great service from the AA centre and use to dread having to go in. Not any more! Thank you Rochelle!
