First class and highly recommend Victor and Alert Driving School to everyone who are looking to do lessons and mock tests. Victor is absolutely brilliant and on point to help and equip you in preparation to gain the best results in passing. Victor is very supportive, courteous, patient, friendly, understanding and genuinely cares in wanting to help you pass and making you feel at ease about the test. Never rushed the lesson and always asks if you have any questions or particular driving tasks that you'd like to concentrate on. Top bloke and will definitely be back for a refresher lesson for when I go for my full license. Thanks so much Victor and Alert Driving School. Amazing company and cannot speak highly enough of Victor. The company feedback and their high pass mark rate results speaks volumes of how awesome they are.

Excellent service!! Victor is a very patient, friendly and highly knowledgeable instructor!! Recommend at the highest regards. I took manual car lessons and Restricted licence driving lessons. Genuine, efficient and trustworthy!! Loved my experience and I will always suggest Alert Driving School as first pick to anyone needing driving lessons. I felt comfortable, didn't feel pressured if I made a mistake, I could ask questions and I felt more confident on the road and safe during every lesson. It is worth every penny!!

Victor was the second instructor I had over the course of learning to drive and going for my licenses. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done in situations and is very calm and patient which is something that lacked in my first instructor. It was a relief as learning to drive can be nervewrecking for many people and having a calm instructor is very important. He also provided me with alot of useful information before going for my license which aided me as well as going for lessons in passing both my restricted and full license first time

Victor is an excellent driving instructor and he knows how to bring out the best. I have been driving for a while, but I did nt know about my bad habits. I had driving test simulation with Victor two weeks before I had my restricted test (I was very nervous because I had failed the first time around). I was instantly put at ease, he was encouraging and showed me all the routes that later came in the test. I thought this was the best driving lesson I have had as I wasn't bogged with too much information and was given very practical advice. I could not have passed without my lesson from Alert Driving School.

Hi all. I took my full license conversion practical test today at AA Penrose and I passed it. I would like to thank my instructor - Victor for the useful insights and guidance he provided during the lessons. Victor is an excellent trainer and taught me a lot of very valuable knowledge to help me pass my actual test. By the time I took the test I was very use to the test zone and passed the test on my 1st attempt. Would recommend Alert Driving to anyone and everyone.

Victor from Alert is a great instructor. I'm normally a nervous driver during driving lessons, but Victor made me feel at ease and was patient and thorough. Not only did he point out mistakes I was making and told me what I ought to have done in a pleasant manner, but he also wrote down on a form everything that I needed to work on. Upon asking I was also told that I could email him with any further questions I had, and he replied very promptly too! In addition Victor sent me a list of the test criteria and common reasons why people fail. When I asked to be reimbursed for my petrol costs (as we used my car instead of his), Victor said yes readily and informed me I could subtract whatever cost I felt was fair. I would highly recommend Victor for anyone who needs a friendly and professional driving instructor.

Alert Driving School is the best there is! Both Victor and Raju are experienced instructors who do their job perfectly. Ray was amazing and was very patient and helpful in teaching me. I had no idea of the road rules in practice, was not confident at the beginning and committed a lot of mistakes. More importantly I needed the full driving licence for my Job!! But soon I got better in driving and every time Ray pointed me the pitfalls. I am really happy that i passed my test. Excellent value for money. Victor spent eighty minutes for the mock driver's license test and pointed out the areas for improvement. He was calm and composed and offered handy tips after subtle observations. I request him to be a little more audible as his voice is very very gentle - although I am getting using the Kiwi accent over here.

Great experience. I thought I'm ready to take the restricted exam but I'm not really. I did a simulated driving test on an actual test route. He told me what will they be expecting and what things would warrant an immediate fail. Gave me tips, advice and a scoring sheet with details on what to improve on. Very worth it when you compare it to the cost of a retake.

SO HELPFUL! I had my simulated mock test with Ray, and he was such help! I sat my full in an unfamiliar area and he helped me to become familiar with the roads, and gave me a few tips on how to improve my driving. I don't think I would have passed without his help. Thanks Alert Driving!
