Mike is an absolutely superb driving instructor, it's no wonder he's booked out weeks in advance. I had a couple of hours' driving prep with him prior to my full license test and it was incredibly useful. Very thorough and professional, he's a very good judge when it comes to spotting the little things we need to fix with our driving. He took me through the possible route and gave me so much valuable advice. Can't thank him enough!

Mike is an awesome driving instructor! He's patient, professional and really helps build your confidence in driving. He's also super friendly and we had some great laughs during our lessons. I passed my restricted test on the first go, so definitely well worth the money. Also if you're someone who's an older learner then Mike is definitely the person you should go to. There's no judgement, he just wants to do an excellent job. Thanks Mike :)

Getting a good driving instructor in Auckland is a tedious job. There are so many of them, but good and experienced ones are very few. I had an excellent experience with Michael. He is very professional yet friendly. He provides you positive feedback, which makes you more confident on the road. Apart from driving, he will teach you small insights about the parking rules, safety instructions, and signs on the road, which I think is very valuable. He is driving in Auckland city for the last 20 years and has excellent knowledge about the empty and busy roads, which helped me gain confidence. I would highly recommend Michael for any student from newbie to advance. Driving fees are also affordable. The only thing to remember is to book in advance, or it isn't easy to get the good slots as he taught every student by himself and always booked.

After trying 2 other driving school instructors I found Michael to be the best. He is very calm, patient and makes you feel confident in your abilities to be a successful and safe driver on the road. He gives excellent feedback on your driving so you know what you need to focus on. I now have my licence which is down to the professionalism and great teaching skills Michael has. I could not recommend him more highly. Thank you so much Michael for helping me achieve my licence.

Michael is an excellent instructor, at the start I didn't even know how to turn the wheel properly but after a few lessons, my driving skills are on point thanks to him. He is a funny man, patient, you will feel no stress driving with him (trust me). Everything you need to pass the driving test will be delivered to you clearly and Michael is the one that knows what you need to learn and fix for the test. Highly recommended instructor.

I thought I would never be able to drive. Until I found Go drive. A few years back I had an accident while was learning driving so absolutely lost confident. Michael, THE AMAZING INSTRUCTOR, he told me he got this and now yes I can drive. He is very calm and so friendly, and always made me feel safe. What can I say ... if you want someone who gives you clear instructions on how to pass your full license test Mike is the person to go to! He helped me in so many ways by pointing out what I needed to work on the most and I passed with flying colours. Thank you so much you’re the best!!!! :)

Michael is an amazing driving instructor. He is very supportive and encouraging in regards to me getting my drivers license, and ensures I drive error free. If I made mistakes, Michael would point it out straight away and encourage me to fix them as soon as possible. He also teaches some great tips and tricks, for example when parallel parking. Michael also took me to the testing zone on areas where mistakes were commonly made, and these zones were in the driving test! I passed my test with a perfect score, no errors/mistakes - which I have to thank Michael for his hard work. This also shows how good of an instructor he is!

If your looking for a driving instructor to help you pass your restricted or full license test or even learn how to parallel park, Mike is the person to go to. Mike will tell you how it is on the spot whether it be mistakes your making or supporting and encouraging you to better yourself. Before I had a driving session with Mike I wasn't confident behind the wheel and I also wasn't a good driver at all, I was due to sit my restricted license in less than a week. I only had a two hour session with Mike and after that I was confident I could pass my restricted test which I did on my first go. Mike's parallel parking method is also effective and easy to learn. Thank you so much Mike for all your help and support. ☮️

Mike is an excellent driving instructor, he is both very friendly while at the same time supportive in pushing me to get my restricted license. Thanks to him I was able to get it in no time. He is very patient and helps fix our mistakes in a very calm manner which allowed me to improve very quickly. Also Mike has a great method for parallel parking that will benefit all who know it. Today Sunday 25 February 2018 8am. Michael is a superb and excellent driver instructor for all times. He will give some tips on how to be a confident and safe driver on the road. He'd ask some questions before driving on what areas you need to improve on and he will show you the way of everything correctly. Not only that, he will guide you through to be the best and make you feel comfortable with driving. He will also give you alternative solutions with everything as much as possible to fit you as a confident/safe driver. It is hard to come by these days with a patient driver instructor BUT Michael is different, he is beyond that expectation, he is one in a million that you won't see from others. I'll recommend Michael to anyone out there who wants to be a superb, excellent, confident and safe driver, need practise for restricted licence seek for Michael and his team Go Drive Driving School. He is kind, friendly and will provide you the best service that you won't forget.

Michael was a great help always on time if not early. He would discuss how I felt about my driving and areas where I thought I needed to improve. He would alert me straight away to any mistakes I made so I could learn from it and improve. Was a great help making me a confident driver and making me feel prepared for both of my driving tests. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs to become better at driving and more confident in there driving.

This is an excellent driving school. Mike (instructor) has plenty of patience and knowledge to explain about options to improve driving. He will explain again and again, if needed. He gave excellent tips on how to parallel park, steer, turn, and driving at all. Even with my initial zero confidence and no driving skills, I am feeling now confident to drive.

Mike is a fantastic instructor. He is very professional but also easy to get along with/approachable. He points out any mistakes you might make whilst driving and will even explain the mistake by drawing a diagram in his notebook, whilst showing you the correct way to go about things so you don't make the same mistake twice. Mike's prices are also very fair and even more so if you choose a driving package - which would be a wise choice if you need a bit extra help with driving/ before attempting your driving test. I was able to pass my restricted test on the first try with 0 critical errors and even found parallel parking as the easiest maneuver in the test! Thanks Mike! I highly recommend GoDrive!

Michael is an Excellent driving instructor. He's great at explaining important details to getting your restricted license. When I was struggling to parallel park, he told me in basic detail how to do it correctly and I learn't it well in a few minutes. Michael also helped me achieved my restricted license by taking me for a test drive around the restricted license testing zone several times.

Verry happy with my experience with Go Drive. My Instructor Michael i think he's name was.. very professional and dedicated to his job. As soon as he saw my level of driving he knew exactly how many lessons i would need and offered me a good package, i was ready in no time and passed my driving test on a first go. I would reccomend Go drive to anyone.
