H.I honestly cannot recommend NZ Drive Safely enough. I have been in two car crashes and was an extremely anxious driver when I started driving with Iain. He made me feel extremely comfortable in the car and went at my pace - whilst still pushing me outside of my comfort zone. He went above and beyond in helping me prepare for my restricted license and I passed first time. I am very grateful to Iain and will miss our weekly drives
R.Iain is quite honestly the most brilliant instructor I could've ever had. As someone with a massive phobia of driving who's been on their learners for seven years, Iain had me driving around Bucklands Beach and parallel parking our very first lesson. He is very calm and understanding, made me feel very safe and always in control. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who is really unsure of their driving, and his pricing is affordable. 💛

H.This is the second time that I have engaged Iain to help with professional driving lessons. He is incredible and I cannot recommend him enough. He has an extremely calm and professional way with him and in a very short period of time he has the student at ease and doing everything needed in the actual test. For us it was the best investment of money and time I could have made for my daughter. We have highly recommended to all our friends and many people have gone on to use Iain because he is outstanding!
D.My son had lessons with Iain and he passed his restricted test first time round. He made no errors and is very confident and competent driving now, thanks to Iain's calm and clear way of teaching. Iain was very good at picking up any areas that needed working on, and ensuring that my son understood what actions he needed to take to improve his driving.
N.I have booked Ian on several occasions for both my sons driving lessons from absolute beginners to them both passing their tests. Ian has a friendly and calm approach and he gives clear and concise instructions and always made my sons feel at ease with the level they were at and to help build their confidence on the roads. Would highly recommend Ian to anyone from beginners to a refresher lesson before sitting their tests.
T.Iain was amazing. He promotes the students strengths and my son responded very positively to the constructive feedback Iain gave him. The lesson notes provided after each lesson were invaluable and used by my son to revise important points prior to the test. The communication about lesson bookings was great. I highly recommend Iain. Oh and my son passed first time!
b.When I first started driving I was not confident at all and I was worried that I was going to be on my learners for a very long time. We found Iain online and he made me feel extremely comfortable when driving. He prepared me for my restricted test (which I passed first try) and overall driving. Without Iain's services I don't think I would be as confident of a driver as I am currently and I am deeply appreciative that he taught me how to drive. I always felt comfortable when I was driving with him and he always allowed me to know that I was in safe hands.
If you were to use any driving schools I can tell you enough how much you should use Iain.

T.I just want to say Iain was excellent at teaching my son to drive. As Auckland gets busier Iain was excellent at teaching in a calm and relaxed manner that gave Ollie confidence around busy streets, round about's and the motorway. He comes highly recommended.

x.I found trying to teach my 16 year son to drive a very stressful experience. Iain changed this, he is very patient and an excellent teacher... a few lessons later and he passed his test and I’m a very happy mum knowing my son has all the skills he needs to cope on the road on his own.... thank you Iain, I cant praise you enough. E.Ross is an amazing instructor, he is very calm and patient and really helped me out when I was learning to drive manual. Ross taught me many things about what would be needed to be done in my test and what I could work on. He always comes early or right on time, Ross was one of the reasons why I was able to pass my restricted on my first try and also one of the reasons I am such a good driver. I recommend Ross to anyone who is learning to drive or wanting to brush up on their driving skills for their restricted, a great man and a great instructor.
K.Iain was brilliant!! So patient and relaxed which made the whole process a breeze. He gave me so many helpful tips which helped me pass my test with flying colours after only a couple of lessons. Would highly recommend!
