My partner and I came here earlier in the week and both agree that we received the best customer service we’ve had in NZ. She went out of her way to help us and was very friendly, patient and understanding despite our requests taking some time. Thank you Darcey-Lee! You’re awesome!

Went there with my wife for the real me identify verification.I have told everything to the person who came to ask us so he said that did you get code I said we already have done address verification by code and we are here for identity verification so we were confused because we need application number to show them not code and that person ask us about code so we try to figure out why he was asking for code and told us to wait aside while I was trying to show him about my real me account which is funny because we were there in queue and rather than helping us out he said wait aside while he serve to other lady and then he came again and I showed him text with application number. Basically it is an application number not code so it is your mistake to confuse us and told us to wait aside. Not blaming anyone but you have to be more specific about what you ask for or you may say that did u get any application number or code which is more understandable for people because what if someone went back just because of this misunderstanding. I am writing this long review because if someone read this so they will have clear understanding rather than confuse and stand aside. Thanks for ur service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I drove 20 minutes out of my way to visit this AA centre because of the reviews. They didn’t disappoint. Darcey-Lee was very helpful, efficient and offered great customer service.

We did our NZ drivers licences with Darcey Lee 10 days ago. Very good service, really nice staff! We received our licences this morning, awesome!! She was very nice and patient, we loved it!!
