K.Thought that the customer service of one lady (not the one that served me, she was lovely) was very unprofessional. She didn't smile once. Was rude and condescending to her customer that had valid questions. Once that customer had left she started complaining about her. Then she said good morning to another - the elderly lady didn't hear her as she was taking off her gloves, so she replied "G O O D M O R N I N G" in a condescending tone - then rolled her eyes at me as if I would agree with her. Couldn't believe it. Wanted to email privately but couldn't find email address.

r.Towed in unexpectedly late Friday morning, the team had my car up and running by the afternoon. very grateful they could fix it as soon as they did.

J.Put my car in for a service and c.o.f. I got it back an hour later. Passed the c.o.f and the inside smelled like roses. They had vacuumed the inside and I'm sure they washed the outside as well. Was very happy. The service was great.

C.I was very, very impressed with the Bronze Service that was carried out on my Corolla GL recently at the Hastings AA in mid-October of this year. And I believe this to be due to the throughly professional and experienced mechanic DANI (Daniella). I shall definitely return for further servicing of my car, and will be recommending this service to family and friends. :-):-):-)

R.I've only used them once and took someone else there and had NO WHERE near to park and the person had put petrol in my car and expected me to sit there and wait in a hot car with the Windows open hence why ive never chosen to use Hastings branch of AA. Parking and accessibility is vital at times, I don't have a disabled parking thing and I at times struggle to walk too far especially in the blistering heat so I just use VTNZ. Everything including parking close being available

s.The only place to go for a WOF. Drive 20minutes especially. Quick and easy. Can have a coffee and comfortably sit while I wait. No hidden costs, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
