L.Wasn't immediately clear which counter I should go to (was getting a Real Me picture taken). But staff were very friendly and engaging with my young daughter. Good service.

Raj was my 1st point of contact, very good customer service. Another gentleman with a name starting with K, apologies was supa helpful with my requests of renewing my license, doing my eyetest, taking my photo, sorting my renewal AA card and even upselling me an AA first aid kit for my car, showing me the few extras to help and support in times of an emergency sold me. Very very good customer service from these 2 lvly gentlemen. Thank u for yr services.. Well done team AA Lower Hutt. Blessings. Vicki

L.Whilst the customer service that I got was second to none, the wait time was just infuriating. Waited 20 mins from 9 o'clock (thinking I could get ahead of the crowds) just to get to the counter, and then was sent to fill out a form so I could go and join the back of the (much bigger this time) line again. After waiting another 30 mins, we spent 20 mins going through documents and confirming details, and then had to wait for 20 mins before I could set the actual theory test, and they only had two computers to sit at, so the waiting list was very long. And then after the test, I had to join the line yet again to get the license confirmed. In total it took 2 and a half hours to sit a test that took me 10 minutes. It's such a pity none of this can be done online or over the phone.
C.Too the lil old lady with the short blood cut hair an glasses!!!! So sweet an eazy to talk too. We love her💛
