I did the Basic Handling Skills course and test with Stuart. He was very knowledgeable and he gave instructions that were easy to follow. He pointed some things I didnt pick up on that I was doing wrong and told me why it was wrong and how to fix it. Throughout the course he was very friendly and it made it a great experience. There was only 2 of us learning which made the 1 on 1 time a lot more focused compared to other courses that would have higher numbers at once. Highly recommend doing this course to anyone wanting to get their learners.

Did the bronze ride forever course with Stuart as my instructor. His passion for rider safety shows in every word he speaks. Very knowledgeable and is great at delivering constructive feedback.
Will be recommending these guys to everyone I speak to.

Did the most basic courses where they teach how to ride around a court right from the beginning. The trainer was very nice, extremely helpful, and there were only two people being trained at a time so it was tailored to suite individuals.

I completed a Learn to Ride and then Basic Handling Skills essentially as a block course on a Saturday morning. The sequence and pace of learning suited my skill level and confidence. The website and emails clearly outlined the minimum skill level needed for each course, and I think these are accurate descriptions. Stuart paid close attention to my actions and provided consistent feedback, which continually improved my riding. I left the courses feeling extremely confident that I learn't and consolidated the skills needed to progress onto the road.
The bikes were in excellent condition and the ratio of one instructor to two students meant greater levels of observation, feedback, and improvement. Also, the ratio of instructor to student meant there was no waiting / idle time.
Stuart was very happy to answer questions and you never felt that any question was a silly one. He also provided excellent options on my next steps, type of bike to consider for my first purchase, and outlined a sensible plan that will see me continue CBTA training through Two Bald Bikers.
I happily recommend Two Bald Bikers Motorcycle Training for anyone considering taking the first steps of learning how to ride or for experienced riders who are considering their other course offerings..

I have read a few reviews and agree, yes learning to ride (safely) doesn't include lots of hugs and there was a few times a stern voice was needed so "I got how serious the situation was". I never ride (until now) in the rain and religiously stayed off motorways especially during rain and wind. After going outside my comfort zone and facing the rain and wind I now know my bike better and will get more ride time. This wouldn't have happened without a push. I learned loads including getting rid of some bad habits, now correcting them will be a much safer ride.
I was also taught about my bike and what it can do. I also learned about what kind of rider I want to be and what kind of bike to look for later on when I am ready to move on from mine. My expectation was to learn and gain some skill and I attained that as well as so much more. I didn't get hugs or told I am naturally a super biker. However I did learn to ride safe and a few tricks that will save my life if I apply the learning. Today was great and I highly reccomend a full day one on one to anyone who wants to leave the tuition a better rider. Also learned to avoid tricky situations and fight those self inflicted bad habits. Thanks so much TBB.
