Had a great experience while renewing my License yesterday. The counter staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well as funny. Special thanks to Rita who was especially helpful. A real credit to the business. Keep up the good work ladies

Popped in to get my licence updated and was served by Gemma who was friendly and knowledgeable. Took a bit of time due to the amount of info that needed to be logged and some points that needed to be clarified, but was quite happy to wait. However, an older lady there had obviously forgotten that patience is a virtue and was very condescending to staff as they attempted to help her, and made several disparaging comments about the wait time, but obviously the form she had requested was not a common one. The staff member who was serving her was plainly trying to get ahold of it (asked other staff members, went through file cabinets, and eventually pulled the manager in who had to print it), and even offered the customer a seat to wait, but apparently nothing short of her waltzing in, skipping the queue, and being handed her form within 30 seconds flat would have been acceptable. Just wanted to leave this review as a polite reminder to anyone considering going into the AA that the majority of the work that they do is very document heavy, and thus takes time.

It's a little sad going into an AA office these days. I've been in the process of gaining further classes and updating endorsements over the last month or so in the Richmond and Nelson offices. Every time I have been standing in queues for up to an hour. Licensing paperwork takes a conciderable amount of time and there never seems to be enough staffing
