I received exceptional customer service on Friday afternoon. All interactions I had with the staff were very pleasant. The young lady helping me was so lovely. So often we call out bad customer service, so I wanted to acknowledge the service I received here. AA - you should be proud of your front facing staff in your Porirua office!

Busy place but fantastic staff! Big shout out to Aria. I have had many issues trying to change my Australian license to a New Zealand license and came to try my luck at PORIRUA. We had an informative conversation regarding my situation where I finally now understand what I need to do and how I can get to where I want to be. Surprisingly upon asking for her name and showing me her name badge she was a trainee! WELL DONE AA.

On a previous visit they converted my license to a NZ license. Very easy and efficient. This time I wanted to replace the car air freshener because I was in the vicinity. (Porirua council office is practically next door.) Laura was friendly and very helpful finding one for me. Although I was offered some more membership my first decline was respected. My current membership scored me a discount. Very happy thanks.

Very patient ladies on the counter. Good service on license renewal. But I really get sick of the hard sell on aa membership and insurance. Really pushy at times. I'm there for license stuff. If I want your other services I will ask. Which now will be never.

Had read the reviews before I went in to renew my licence so wasn't expecting much. However I was looked after by Laura who was very friendly and made the process quick and easy. Couldn't really have been any better. She even sold me some additional AA cover for my wife. Top marks!

Went there on a Friday afternoon to renew my driver license. They all seem very straight face no smile but apart from that they are very helpful. Told me to get out of the queue and fill out a form first, and they respond properly to my inquiry as well. I feel that the three of them are all nice persons.
