Good service once you got to counter.Queue static due to prolonged licence applications x2

This is based of my experience, they may have just had a bad day. Literally the worst Customer service at an AA. The staff at front are judgemental and arrogant to you if you look lower class, most of all if they don't know something they'll lie to you instead of fact checking or asking a colleague. The Insurance staff are however, lovely and extremely helpful and literally know EVERYTHING about anything vehicle related and more.

The star rating is for the nice, pleasant staff. The unfortunate thing is only 2 main helpline desks & 1 for driver licensing! Taupo has grown a lot bigger. It's time for this crucial service to catch up with the demand.

Called in to see if I could obtain a NZ driving licence whilst my stay in NZ was extended due to Covid travel restrictions. Annette, was friendly and helpful, took my photo and gave me a temporary licence for use whilst the full one was being prepared for posting to me. Excellent service. Thank you.
