The electrician called me 20 minutes in advance of the scheduled arrival time to confirm. He was pleasant and professional. He quickly discovered the problem and suggested various ways to fix and mitigate for future. Would happily use again.

Great service, everything went smoothly, would definitely use Rupp Electrical again.

The whole team is professional from booking through to cleanup. My request are often tricky and particular, and they always carry the job out beautifully, working out what needs to be done, the best way to do it and then they carry it out to a high standard. Their communication is professional throughout, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for all your work. I am a repeat customer.

Our tenants experienced a power failure during level 4 lockdown after turning on their oven for lunch, within 2 hours we had the team from advanced electrical at the house restoring the power and fixing the oven as well! Very responsive and great communication! Thanks Again!

The entire team (from office to site) displayed friendliness and professionalism. The knowledgable and helpful attitude instilled confidence. The team displayed care, were extremely tidy, and communicated well. Despite having a fairly big job with a number of different aspects to complete, disruptions were kept to the absolute minimum. It is clear they take pride in their work. From my (a layman) point of view it appears the job was done well. Based on my experience of their completed work thus-far, I would be happy to recommend them, and use them again if the time comes. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Advanced Electricians. They arrived when they said and they were polite, friendly and professional staff. We had them install a new bathroom fan and duct the fan and our kitchen rangehood. We got a sleek, good looking finished job that gets all the moisture from our bathroom and kitchen out of the house.

The guys at Advanced Electrical were great, they helped me by talking through the lighting options and really helped me to make my decision. Then when it can to the work, they were super friendly and really helpful. They did a great job and I’d use them again for anything else I need doing.

Our security system went on the blink during a Level 4 lockdown. Advanced Electrical we’re with us within the hour. Professional, responsive and nice. Great service.

I engaged Advanced Electrical to rewire my house during renovation in 2016, I found the team to be helpful and reliable and overall did a great job. I have continued to use their services regularly since the reno for minor upgrades and changes at the property and they have been exceptionally good each time and have a good knowledge of my house wiring which makes the job easier each time, highly recommended.

Advanced Electrical Services are fabulous. Highly recommend them as they were fast efficient but also affordable. Very rare in this era that you have this amount of professionalism without paying top dollar.

Edit: received apologies from both the technician and owner. I accepted the fact they have got the date wrong and being responsible for it. Happy with the offer provided by the business to resolve the issue but I have now found a new supplier. Good work. Asked for a quote for a few works but they never showed up as they promised they would come for a site visit.

Our Hot water went out on the Friday night and Saturday being ANZAC day made it a bit of a problem... after calling many of the so called Electrician companies that advertise 24/7 ... with no answer or answerphone telling you to call another number with no answer etc etc .. Advanced Electrical were the only ones that not only answered their phone ..not some answering service.. but considered the problem urgent and the attention to service was second to none.. the rates are discussed and confirmed via e mail ...the assigned Tradesman calls you when he is on his way.. arrives on time.. is clean well presented friendly and dilligent.. did not waste time or milk the job which he could of easily done... would I recommend..? Yes without a shadow of a doubt... They advertise 24/7 and they are... They advertise prompt and honest service which they do ... Do not call the other bullshitters ... and just FYI .. I never got any return call from all the other so called 24/7 Electricians and this is 4 days later ...Advanced Electrical are really the only genuine one out there will not hesitate to call them again it is a shame they did not give us a fridge magnet so their number is always available ..

Advanced Electrical Services are efficient, do a great job and are very fairly priced. They have just put a Smartvent into my daughters house at my request which has made a real difference with condensation.
