This business is run by a couple who fully understand the art of good customer service. Chris has been great getting a rather complex issue sorted with my car. He has gone out of his way to explain everything and nothing has been too much for him. Best automotive repair business I've come across in 35 years of driving!

Chris really knows his stuff, have a diesel with a difficult turbo issue that another mechanic stuffed up and several codes reported, it took time to isolate but Chris persevered and his remedy resulted with a vehicle that performs perfectly and all things considered we were charged a very reasonable price. Chris was recommended to me - had been to every incompetent Garage in West Auckland ! - finally after the Engine Light being permanently on for 4 years - 5 Mechanics later - Black smoke billowing out the back of it and no power - was sorted by these Guys within a day - Not one of the others spotted the large split in pipe. Have been charged like a wounded bull by all other Companies for work that didn't fix the problem - Engine light was still on - Driving was really sluggish. Now drives perfectly and is like new - would highly recommend

Brilliant service! Had a problem with my central locking. Had AA test car battery and replace remote battery with no luck. Chris showed me how to reprogam the remote and all sorted! Highly recommend and will be going here if I need any electrical work done in the future.

Really know the stuff and are not overpriced. I'm a nightmare customer - and still got a top service with really detailed explanation of what exactly was wrong. The only area that could be better is to discuss what parts go in and give customer choice (I would prefer to pay more and make sure I put parts that I know).
