L.I needed to have my Miele Microwave repaired after it simply stopped heating. Jason from service went the extra mile and talked me through a likely fault code to attempt to fix it over the phone, unfortunately the problem was bigger than that so he booked a technician in for the same day. It was unexpected to experience such great customer service and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.
