Thought I'd give these guys a try for pool products. Half the order was shipped. Rang to enquie about the rest and got a call service who didn't do what they said to get the balance shipped. Took another 3 calls and lots of waiting before the owner sorted it out. Well intentioned, but shipping processes and communication are letting them down. Got what I paid for in the end, just with more hassle than anticipated. Will give them one more chance, if I have the same experience again, will look elsewhere.

I ordered some bromine for my spa pool. Although I was initially sent the wrong product (Chorine), Chris quickly and without any fuss resolved the problem. Mistakes happen, but what really matters to me is how they are corrected - Chris did admirably in this regard. To that end, I have recommended Crystal Clear Pools to other spa owners and will continue to buy products from them without hesitation in the future .

Some time ago we had an issue after buying some PH decrease chemical for our pool whereby it did not arrive for some days due apparently to courier problems. Chris got that sorted and the product duly arrived. A similar event occurred when we ordered some sanitising tablets. After a call Chris stated that he would deliver them personally which he did. Chris is amazing! He did an awesome job at fixing our spa, which was old and got damaged in the move to our place. It was such a niggly job because one thing after another kept breaking down on it, but he stuck at it, sourced all the parts it needed at a very good price and got it back up and running - he even came in on his day off to fix the last thing before he went on holiday! Honestly I think most others would have just walked away from the job. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others - thanks Chris!

3 Tradies in One! What a fantastic job Chris did with the removal of our old pool pump/shed & reinstallation of the pump in the new shed. Very tidy job with wiring all hidden away.
