These guys have been fabulous in terms of meeting my requests and the quality of work delivered. Have dealt with Paul over email to make some arrangements that were out of the ordinary and he happily did so without confusion or dealy and was always prompt to respond. Quite rare in today's world for this level of service. The cleaner, Kursty also met my mum's very high standards of cleaning which means she's really good so it's great to know she was in good hands. Great customer service and delivery of services requested. Highly recommend.

Fabulous service. We had all of our (very long) lawns done in a timely and meticulous manner. The gardener himself was punctual and friendly. The help staff were quick to respond to emails and happy to answer any and all questions I had. We have booked them in to return every 2 weeks. Highly recommend :)

Mark did a great job of re-purposing our cabinetry to suit our changing needs! He saved us time and money by using only the cabinetry and materials already here. Very happy with the result. And it was all completed relatively quickly, too.

Our cleaner Alfonso was amazing! He messaged the day before confirming timing, let me know when he was arriving and did a fantastic job! The house look spotless. We're looking forward to Alfonso cleaning our house on a bi-weekly basis. Also, we found Goodnest cheaper than our previous cleaner and the job is actually better ;)

Amazing frontline customer service, and it's very easy to book online! I requested for an electrician and a handyman on different occasions, and I was impressed with their work. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. The only improvement needed is punctuality, both were late and one was almost 2 hours late, and sadly there were no follow-ups. Highly recommended otherwise!

Grace arrived on time and did a fantastic job. She pointed out areas that needed attention that I wasn't even aware of. She also has a very pleasant manner and easy to get along with. I recently used Goodnest for a tidy up of a property I was leaving. I was very impressed with everything. The booking process was so easy, I was quickly matched to a gardener, they kept within my budget, and they appeared to do an almighty amount of excellent work in a short time. Was one less thing to worry about when moving house. I highly recommend.

Goodnest was excellent in allocating a plumber for me in less than 15 minutes. I got in touch with the plumber by mobile phone and the communication was very good and clear. The plumber sent us was very nice, polite and did an excellent work in removing the old toilet, it was done neat and tidy. Highly recommenced for all. I will use Goodnest platform for my gardening work.

Very prompt reply and booking time. Electrician kept good contact leading up to the job including confirmation reminders and then turned up on time. Pleasant and did a relatively simple job well with no faffing around and charged the correct amount of time with no unexpected extras. In short, great booking system, did what they were meant to and charged what they said they would charge. This is my first time using goodnest but I will use them again for the next job.

I have been using Goodnest in Dunedin for well over a year now for fortnightly housecleaning. We have mostly had the same person, but over time have had at least three different people come in and all of them have done an excellent job. Great value for money. Could not recommend them more highly for housecleaning.

Venicia was great! Came earlier then expected but was all good. Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen very well as i had requested in the booking. dust that was there all gone!. perfect cleaner and would recommend to anyone. always kept in contact from the day before the clean right through to when they finished. Grant is one the best professionals i have ever dealt with. My lawns and hedges were a mess and Grant did an absolutely amazing job. I could not believe the transformed garden. I am happy to recommend Grant to anyone in the wellington region. Will surely use him again.

I have used Goodnest for just over a year. For the first couple of times, the cleaner was only OK. They were then changed to Jasmine who is absolutely fantastic. She does an excellent job, and is also happy to do do dishes and change linen. Each week she does something extra; fridge, windows etc. Highly recommend to anyone - and if you're not 100% happy - reach out to get a new cleaner who will suit you better.

This is good service. It can be daunting at times to get a trades person. All you do is call them tell them what you want and they arrange the rest. The electrician An was punctual and did a good job and the final account was not over priced. Thanks again for making it all so easy.

I highly recommend Tim from Goodnest. He is an excellent communicator, turned up on time, did everything i asked, offered practical suggestions and completed the job to a high standard. He cleaned up the area he was working in and left everything looking great. As a property manager using many tradespeople, Tim has to be one of the best i have employed.

Lovely couple who came to clean my house, really great work. I was impressed with the speed and cleanliness of everything. I have very high standards and previous cleaners I've had have all left a bad impression so I've always just had to clean everything myself. These guys have however impressed me a lot. I received amazing service from Aman the electrician, via Goodnest. He replaced my lounge lighting (2 old fittings now with new bayonet and shade fittings - much better!), 2 switches in the house, fixed my garage lighting issues, and installed a security light / sensor for my tenants unit. Very professional and friendly, did an awesome job at a great price. I highly recommend Aman, and Goodnest - who were superb in every way. Very happy with the service received and have now booked further tradespeople via Goodnest. Also had amazing service from the gardening crew - they saved me MONTHS of weekends of gardening work, for just 4.5 hrs of service and payment! Highly recommended - all of my neighbours are commenting on how great the gardens look! Goodnest removes all the risk. You're guaranteed a good and verified tradesperson - if things go wrong, Goodnest try to help. I love their "uber style" pricing - one flat, cheap, transparent hourly rate for any service. Amazing. Kane was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job! He gave us some great tips on how to manage our garden in the future. He was incredibly safety conscious and considerate of our pets while he was carrying out the work. We would not hesitate to request Kane's services in the future.

I have long furred cats, which make cleaning a nightmare. Melisa from Goodnest did a great job sorting out my clean and even vacuumed my chairs! I was exceptionally pleased with the service and look forward to regular cleans. The only glitch was an initial delay of four days in finding a cleaner, which I didn't mind considering I had no pressing need for the clean, but should be considered if a job needs to be completed urgently.

Simon made contact quickly and confirmed a time that suited us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and did a variety of jobs - assembling a BBQ, fixing a clothesline, hanging a mirror and pictures and mounting a TV on the wall. We are very happy with the transformation now that these jobs have been done.

I received excellent service from handyman Josh Keegan. The job required was quite complicated. The new French door fridge did not fit into the space due to an existing long cupboard. He removed enough of the cupboard to fit the fridge while recreating an upper cupboard. Even explaining it is complicated. Excellent workmanship & everything fits perfectly.

He was very friendly and helpful, giving good advice about what materials what was needed. the job was completed in a very professional manner and has been tested in some heavy rain over the last few days. I used Goodnest to help with hot water cylinder and after listening to me they sent me an electrian. Airi was great. She cleaned both my bathrooms perfectly clean. There was still some time left so she offered to do some more cleaning and I got her to clean the stove top and kitchen bench. She was really good and thorough.

Booked a plumber using a treat me coupon. As suggested by another customer, this company has no way of ensuring the tradesman comes back to complete the job. Now the terms on the coupon say that the job must be completed in one visit or any return visit is likely to incur additional fees, if you can do within these guidelines the definitely these guys are flipping fantastic. I always use their tradies! Jordan and Coco online are simply the best to deal with! The electricians are incrediable too, and this is a really affordable way to get work done and find superb tradesman! Goodnest - just the greatest! 👌🏻

Great service, convienet and timely. I need an electrician for a faulty outlet. Used goodness for the first time after not being able to book an electri an myself after numerous calls locally. Within 24 hours I had received an email advising an electrician had been booked, this was followed up with a call the night before to confirm the booking. He arrived on time, did the work fast and clean up when he was done. Very polive and friendly. The bill arrived within a few via email aNd I could manage my account online. Great service and takes the hassle out of organising trade staff. Recommended

I've used this service for both a cleaner and plumber and could not be more happy with the results. Simple to use and the best part is that you don't have to worry if someone doesn't show up as Goodnest will let you know in advance and find you a replacement.

The Electrician Gang Liu was exceptional.5/5 However when I tried to use Gasfitter service Pete (gasfitter) I was left with a $128 for a visit to site+and only an estimate (not even a written quote) and then told I would have to make whole site up to 2018 gas standard before he would do anything at my home. Quite disappointed. If you as a Trade person to do one job you dont want them to come and refuse to do the job unless you spend an extra $1000 on another part of the house and then charge you for a visit for not being able to do the job you had asked them originally to do. I still like goodnest the customer service ladies/guys are great. Would have been 5/5 prior to the other experience.

I googled "Electrician" and Goodnest came up and caught my eye. Usually I would not expect to find one available for several days and for such a small job. I was pleasantly surprised to find an electrician could come the following day. He arrived and was both friendly and efficient. Having used electricians numerous times before I've often found they seem to work slowly and don't seem to achieve much and sometimes have to "go and pick up an important piece needed" and hence have to come back on a second occasion leading to a puffed up bill. With Goodnest the electrician had it all in his van and had the job done and dusted within the hour. So finally a tradesman with integrity who just got the job done! I would recommend Goodnest and will try them for other services in future.

Did a wonderfull job. I would def recommend to friends. We had friends over the night before and instead of spending the day cleaning the house. We got to relax and enjoy the weekend. The person who came to do the job had did a really good job.

I recently booked a job with Goodnest and was very pleased with the service both from the company and from the tradesman they provided. Melwin was very quick to get in touch with me and come and look at the job. Melwin was forthcoming with ideas to make the job I wanted done even better. His quote came in very quickly and he ended up doing the job in less time so I was charged less than the quote. The end result was very pleasing and I would reccommend Goodnest and Melwin

We just bought a house with tenants already in it and suddenly found ourselves being first time landlords. The first issue we had was a broken door handle, and before we'd heard about Goodnest, to fix that, we had to email three different tradies and wait a while for quotes, decide which to accept, then someone came and got the job done. Then we had ANOTHER door issue a couple of weeks later where the tenants front door was stuck shut. Goodnest had come across our radar so we decided to give it a go, not sure what it was all about but found it so simple to just send off a request for a handyman in just a few clicks. Then we got an email back saying "Your handyman Reweti has been assigned to you at 2pm tomorrow"and it blew my mind how simple that was compared to the previous experience we'd had with trying to find a handyman ourselves. We had no idea if the person was just going to be a guy who fancies himself to be a handyman who'd signed up to Goodnest to get some odd jobs, but when Rewiti showed up in an official Joiners van with builders boots and all, we realised the caliber of the handymen at Goodnest is high. Reweti was fast, personable and most importantly professional. Great first experience with Goodnest- it has immediately made us feel more confident in being Landlords without a Property Manager, as with a few clicks on the mobile app you can have a handyman over to your property ASAP. Have been raving about it to friends and family since.

Gayan did a fantastic job on our tiled floor. There was a lot of built-up grime from the previous home owner that Gayan's intensive scrubbing and mopping removed. The floor now looks spotless and Gayan left everything immaculate. I'd highly recommend Gayan for his attention to detail and excellent communications regarding arrival time.
