I was recommended Prime Electrical by one of their previous customers. After reaching out and expressing interest in heat pump replacements, we received a prompt on-site assessment and subsequent quote with various options to choose from. All options were very well priced relative to competitors, and we received helpful advice about reliability, warranties, part support, and the noise of the units. After selecting the units, the friendly and professional team installed everything within a day. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and have already recommended them to family members.

I am so impressed with the service and price of having a heat pump/aircon purchased and installed by the team at PRIME ELECTRICAL Best price ever and wonderful service from the technicians, I had other quotes and due to it been cited being a little difficult to install, I went with Prime Electrical as they did not raise barrier's but provided solutions so happy I made that decision. Got a Carrier heatpump installed. Good value for money. I have used Panasonic and Mitsubishi in the past and I have to say, the features offered by carrier is much better compared to Mitsi or Panasonic. Small things like backlight in remote control that helps you see the controls at night, or the LED display on the indoor unit showing temp are very helpful.

Great service, punctual, friendly, at a price about 15% lower than another supplier quoted for the same model of heatpump. I have since recommended them to friends. Thanks, guys and Jagan (their efficient office manager)

New heat pump installed about a couple of weeks ago. Excellent installation. The boys were very thorough and professional. It wasn’t a standard install and the team did a really good job with the whole process. Looks like it’s been apart of the furniture for ages. Max and team are a bunch of professional young guys with solid expertise in their trade. We bought and installed from them a Daikin heatpump and had a seamless experience. Competant pricing,, probably the best in the market. Received honest opinions on placement of heatpump for best results. They do not cut corners to save time. Will surely use them again and highly recommended.

Came to fit the heat pump very quickly. Arrived on time. Polite and friendly. Respectful of my home and offered to vacuum some dust after fitting the unit. Very well priced and efficient. I have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so.

I would highly recommend this company. Had 4 other big heat pump companies come to me and gave me the quote to install the heat pump. But prime electric beat all the quotes and did the wonderful job. Very impressed with communication and professionalism.
