Having used STS recently for some urgent essential work, I was really impressed with their communication, covid safety, and they turned up when they said they said. The work was quality and the cost was as they quoted. Highly recommended and will definitely use again

Earlier in 2021 we purchased a home in Titirangi. We knew we would want a bunch of electrical work done. So we did what most people do - we looked for local sparkies who had reputation to uphold. STS Electrical was on the initial list. After an initial contact, we invited Scott and the team to do a site visit. By then, our initial thinking had expanded into a full kitchen renovation and other stuff. Scott did the first reccy and immediately had great suggestions on how we could achieve the lighting outcomes we wanted and how we could manage the new kitchen fitout, among other things. In the end, Scott's team did lighting, switching, appliances, switchboard stuff, power points, tv, and internet networking. We worked with Scott & the team for about four or five months. They are amazing. Great ideas. Great workmanship. Great connections to people who, for example, could network the whole house. Commitment to quality - we have upgraded a bunch of fittings and included cool techy stuff to complement the home. Most of all, the whole team from Cheryl & Scott to their staff, deliver brilliant customer service. And I mean brilliant. Sector leading I'd reckon. Thanks Scott, Cheryl & team for all you've done to turn this house into a home. No doubt there is more on the radar (outdoors stuff...!) and we'll be seeking your advice and expertise in due course.

I met Scott when he came to fit insulation to the powerlines for the roofing company that was doing some repairs. He pointed out some electrical issues around my house that I was already aware of but had given up getting quotes on from other "electricians" that would only do some of the work or were massively overpriced or not bothered. If this all sound familiar to you then STS, Scott, Cheryl and their team are your answer !!! From start to finish they were exceptional , gave me options to choose from and answered any questions I had and did the ENTIRE job timeously cleanly and affordably , I have already recommended them to multiple people and in future if I have any electrical requirements I wont be looking anywhere else. I’ve used STS twice now for installing new lights and sockets as well as checking wiring in our 1920’s villa. I initially approached them based off a friends recommendation. I was impressed with how efficient, friendly and professional they are and also appreciated the great communication from booking through to receiving the invoice and compliance certificates. Overall, great service from the STS team, I would definitely recommend them!

Seven years ago we required a new electrician after ours let us down badly, with live wires left hanging out of the wall. I called STS, what a fantastic action that was! Scott quietly solved the problem, he was absolutely perfect: on time, knowledgeable, safety conscious, a clean worker, polite and confidence inspiring. Since then Scott has come out promptly when we have had the odd emergency and has advised us expertly when we have planned changes. I could not recommend STS highly enough.

In the midst of restricted contact under Covid-19 alert level 3, Scott's work was impeccable and flawless. STS has a well-thought, easy-to-understand Covid-19 procedure doc in place, and I'm stoked to have found my favourite electrician in this close vicinity of our house!

STS have been working on our property for over six years now and have consistently impressed us with the quality of their work and their professionalism. They have replaced switchboards, completed substantial rewiring, fitted LEDs, cables underground to pool pump, etc. Scott and Jack are always punctual, always pleasant, work in well with other tradies and have always been very accommodating with tight deadlines or changes to projects. Cheryl in the office is unfailingly helpful and always well organised. We would not hesitate to recommend STS for any electrical work.

I first discovered melting wires in our light fittings in a 60s house in Glen Eden Tane came and replaced all the fittings and damaged wiring sections promptly with high grade LED ones, I opted to do all new wires the following week it was a 8 hour job it turned out more complex than they first thought Scott joined Tane and a young apprentice and worked for at least 2 more hours to complete the job, they still kept to the price and it was only over by $50, I was impressed how they just stuck it out and got the job done and did not charge for the extra difficulty’s they encountered. I recommend this team for your household electrical repair needs.
