R.I've very impressed with the customer service. Issues with products are answered and rectified quickly and hassle free. Very easy to return products if you change your mind. Delivery times can vary with the quickest being over night. The longest I've had to wait is 4 days. Sparky mates are also impressed and use Voltex products.
S.On of our drop lights failed in a house we recently moved into.
We contacted Voltex to organise a replacement.
They let us know it was covered by warranty and had a replacement delivered the very next day.

T.Voltex has bent over backwards to be of help. There delivery system allows you to pick the best courier for your business and there warranty is solid and the voltex staff always asking if there is anything else they can help with. I especially like how they only sell to Electricians.
