D.Service was quick, efficient and the staff were friendly. Pleased I took my car there for an air condition refill. They fixed a couple of leaks and topped it up. Now I can drive with my windows up on these hot summer days. Highly recommended.
B.Got there didn't make an appointment or anything.
Said to the guys "hey one of my lights are out but I don't know which one" and even though their shop floor was full of cars the guy said not a problem.
Drove my car around the side they had a look and by the time I got back from the counter paying, it was done.
Cost me only $9 which I think is good for that kind of swift service. Would definitely go back again!

N.Mohammed has quickly and efficiently changed both my headlights on separate occasions and also noticed another issue with the headlights which he also rectified, saving me from encountering any further issues in the near future. Definitely recommend, they are all helpful and friendly.

A.A very good friend of mine recommended Western Auto Electrical and I was not disappointed. My husbands CAR required the "airbag" light to be off to pass the WOF. I took the CAR in, friendly service, very professional, offered me a Service CAR for over Easter. Wow....thats going the Extra Mile, I did turn the offer down only because I had my own car at home and Mohammad drove me home and took the CAR back to the Auto Shop. Because I could not get back to pick up the CAR they kept it over the weekend and I picked up today. The light was fixed and at a really good price. I have not hesitation in recommending Western Auto Electrical, they are outstanding. Thank you so much for your service, really appreciated.

Once I was there one of their workers (Mohammed,lovely guy) took care of it quickly and while at it, also checked and fixed few more minor things. He seemed very professional to me! Whole process took less than an hour and I was very happy with the service. Overall I can recommend these guys.
T.Needed my Aircon fixed. Julian and team hooked me up with a loan car cos it would take a few hours. I dropped in early, they ran full testing with dyes etc. All sorted with no fuss at very reasonable costs. Friendly staff who take pride in their shop and service. A well deserved 5 stars.
c.Excellent service I had today. Needed a headlight bulb changed in my car. I had already purchased the bulb, but needed it fitted. I did not have an appointment, but the Man on the counter said yes, we can do that. All fitted within 5 minutes and when I went back to counter to pay, I was pleasantly told no charge. This business is the best.

C.Where do I begin! Our family have been using Western Auto Electrical for years and I took my old 67 Ford Galaxie in for a stereo and Blackvue camera install with battery backup, as well as an intermittent starting issue. I am extremely fussy with my cars and treat them like gold so I was happy to see they took their time and did the job right and to my exacting standards. I was so impressed with the entire team and the workmanship was second to none. They treated the car as if it was their own – granted it is not an exotic car like a Lambo or Ferrari but that is how they treated it. Great to see good old-fashioned customer service and high-quality workmanship still exist. Thanks guys, I would highly recommend Western Auto Electrical.
