Our indoor rabbit had chewed through the "custom" charger cable for the laptop. I first tried to get a replacement but being a 2017 model nobody had stock. I went to ideal electrical to hopefully get some advice on buying a few bits to put it back together. The guys went all out got the soldering iron from the car and got the cable working absolutely fine. What great service and turned a frustrating situation into something to laugh about.
