These guys were excellent to deal with. Riki was super professional in assessing the job and recommending a heat pump. Steve and Toby were the installation team: very friendly and helpful, totally efficient, finished up quickly and left the place perfectly tidy. They even converted the heat pump box into a playhouse for the toddler on site. I'm very happy with every part of the experience and I am looking forward to a cosy winter.

Have a long over due service for my heat pump. Great, friendly and professional with further advice and recommendations going forward. Will definitely use again. 😊👍

Right from whoa to go, the team at ATL have been outstanding. Especially Chris and Riki and sparky colleague (sorry I forgot your real name!) - service beyond compare. We have just had a Lossnay heat recovery vent system plus a bathroom extractor fan installed and we couldn't be happier. There were no pushy sales tactics, the communication has been fantastic throughout, (full marks for being incredibly patient with all my questions) and it was a really tidy installation. The guys are super friendly, courteous, professional and safety focussed. We have no hesitation in recommending the team and will certainly be using them again. :)

We booked electrical work for the bathroom, it was intended to be a few small jobs but turned into a few more as the wiring in our place was terrible. The guys were awesome they talked me through everything that was being done and worked with our builder and even came back on the weekend. Beyond happy with the work and how accommodating they were as this made our nightmare renos a little less stressful. Highly recommend if you're after quality and a good price.

Ricky, installation man arrived at the prescribed time and instantly got to work. Used his expert advice for positioning of equipment and left him to it. Very neat and tidy worker, explained the operation of the heatpump , helped with moving back furniture and left after four hours taking all packaging etc with him. A Mitsubishi ducted heat pump was installed by the team. I would say the service was amazing. Also they run some network cables as well. Thanks. Chris and your team.

Emergency call out as had lost power in the evening.very helpful on the phone ensure I understood the after hours charges.Phoned back when they said they would and had someone there in around 1/2 an hour .The person who came around was equally helpful and pleasant to deal with.Thanks

Chris from the Christchurch ATL was awesome to deal with. Very friendly and professional. Gave us good advice on what would be best for our house. I also like how he rang me after it was installed to check everything was ok. The guy who installed the heat pump was very good and was very careful not to damage the house as he had to remove an old heat pump that was there first. Would highly recommend the Christchurch team.

within an hour of emailing a request for a quote I had a visit booked in for the same day, the quote was realistic and the service from Chris who sold us a heat pump to the installers was totally outstanding. Less than a week after first contact we have our heat pumped installed. Would totally recommend ATL

Added two Mitsubishi heat pumps. Chris spent a lot of time listening to our needs as a family, and assessing our home, to determine the best product. Installation was done carefully, and as efficiently as can be expected given the delays on goods due to Covid-19.

Very professional, super communication. Very fast and very flexible to suit customer needs. Fantastic experience dealing with a company who truly puts the customer first. Highly recommended.

Excellent work did a very tidy job of replacing our switch board they cleaned up afterwards we a were very please with the work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
