Woke up on a public holiday to no hot water. Murphy's Law - what can go wrong on a long weekend will go wrong (why is always somehow related to water?) Called Mister Sparky in the hope someone would be working even though it was a public holiday. Marco (owner) answered promptly and to my absolute surprise said that he could come round later that afternoon. He messaged me before he departed so I had an idea when he would arrive. He then promptly isolated and fixed the fault in our hot water switch. No fuss, no mess and genuinely one of the nicest most switched on electricians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommended. Thanks Marco, you are a legend!
