J.Went in to get speaker wire from my knowledge I thought it was red and black, lovely chap there noticed politely said I was grabbing the wrong wire had a laugh, and proceeded to grab the correct wiring. Professional and humorous team will allways shop there for that experience.

h.OK so for jacar itself I find them usuly pretty helpful and they have a lot of good stuff. But staff could at least pretend that the customer might be right. Little bit of kindness goes a long way.
