M.Kevin from Contact Electrical is awesome, he is professional, polite and explains things in a way that you understand. He gives sound advice and is a all round genuine person. We have had nothing but the best in service, as well as being able to talk to the administrators whom are always friendly and helpful. We will only deal with Contact Electrical and have recommended them to all our family and friends.
F.Contact Electrical came and helped us out just prior to Level 4 and we had been overseas. But they took all precautions and did not come into contact with us. They were prompt. They did have to return a few weeks later as the thermostat failed, but it was dealt with within half an hour of our call. So we got our hot water back. Still rated high - cause you sorted things out so quick for us.
