L.Viraj was the young man who came to replace my filter in my smart vent. He was extremely professional and polite explained it all to me showed me what he had replaced. He reset the system and got me to write down the different settings for summer and winter, and asked if I had any questions for him

Called and needed an electrician out at a specific time, obviously a bit hard as they never know how long they’re going to be at the previous job, but they could give me a rough time that worked for them and myself. Pulled up to the house and the electrician was there, he was friendly and very professional. We had an issue with our earthwire which he remedied within a couple of hours, had all of the tools that he needed and no complaints (even though I could tell it was a frustrating issue). Received their compliance notice within half an hour of him leaving.
