Awesome service. I was having trouble finding an alternator for a old runabout and was quoted close to the car value for a replacement. Should've gone to Pickerill first, saved time, hassle and boat loads of money! Tu meke.

I dropped in there on the off chance, someone may have been available, 4.30pm. Had an issue with the wiring on my rear stop light, that needed immediate attention, but also for my wof. The lovely lady at reception found one of the guys free,to look at my car. Found and fixed the problem by 5.10pm, they close 5.30pm. Such lovely courteous staff. Definitely recommend these guys and the ladies.

Luckily i never took my Vehicle to this place. I had the worse experience asking nothing but a simple question. The Lady behind the counter was rude, and did not acknowledge my enquiry. As i was speaking to the lady, half way through she shut me off with her hand to talk to her colleague about a topic completely unrelated to what we were discussing. Then turned back to me after 5mins to just stare with a blank look as if she had not listened to a single word. horrible, mood draining reception at this place, heck of a bummer as it use to be a nice business. The service needs a BIG improvement.
